I have just bought my second car From Junction Auto Park . Fantastic before and after customer care . I had a couple of issues with the first car but it was dealt with within days, I would definitely Recommend junction auto park to any one after a low mileage quality car. I dealt with Mathew one of the sales team, very polite presentable and professional. I would definitely buy another car from them.

I part exchanged my old car bought a Jaguar XE R Sport from these guys. Steve Roberts felt with the sale from start to finish, I have to say that the whole process was nothing short of outstanding. I was made to feel important and they tailored to my needs. That much my fiancé is going to buy a car from them. Thank you so much really am impressed.

Some great cars here, I've bought three motors in recent years, All top notch and really accomodating salesman named STEVE who really knows what he's talking about, ( top bloke )

Having purchased my third vehicle from the Auto Park, when looking to upgrade I always make this family business my first port of call based on their excellent customer service before and after the purchase: quality of vehicles on the forecourt and the ease of doing business without all the bureaucracy experienced with main stream dealerships.

Fantastic staff and a wide selection of interesting cars. I come here a lot as I have a YouTube channel where I do car reviews, and the staff always leave me the keys and let me get on with it.

Contacted salesman on Sunday, he told me to send pictures of my car. Waited for him to get mack to me. I then contacted the dealership directly several times to be told the salesman has COVID.

Called again Wednesday to be told the car had been sold.

I wouldn't bother with them as they are clearly NOT bothered about customers and selling cars.

What a total waste of my time. This clearly reflects on the type of aftercare you would receive when buying a car from them.

One of the easiest car transactions I've ever dealt with. We bought a used car from Matthew at Junction Auto Park who looked after us, kept us informed of the process throughout and made it such a stress free experience after a bad experience elsewhere. Straight to the point, no hassle and very happy with the vehicle/our part exchange valuation - no impression of trying to undersell us. I'll definitely consider Junction Auto Park for future car purchases.

What a delight to deal with Mathew Jones - I didn't buy a car in the end due to personal circumstances but Matthew dealt with my interest very well without being pushy at any time. He returned calls and messages and I would not hesitate to seek them out again when looking for a car.
