I live in uk over 15 years. I had many diffrient cars over that time. Been dealing with different dealers as well. Always used to go on autotrader or ebay and search for the car I was looking for. My last search was Ford Smax sport and I found two I really like. One in Norwich where I live and one in Cardiff....where Tim Hayward car sales is based. Both cars same price same mileage... went on Sunday to Norwich to see the smax. Garage was closed but you can walk in as there is no gate or fence....scratches, hole in the grill, kerbed wheels etc...one door in slightly diffirent black shade!!( prior to my visit I send enquairy to this garage website, how much they will give me as a part ex for my audi...they come back with £4700)
Then on Monday I phone up Tim Hayward....he gave me part ex price £5750!!!! £1000 more than garage in Norwich. I asked him about the condition of the car. He walked with the phone around the car and explain everything. We agreed on the price and details. We went there on saturday (Norwich to Cardiff trip)to drop my audi off and pick smax. I have to say "EVERYTHING" as described, really smooth transaction. Tim and Tristan really nice people to deal with...best dealer Ive ever dealed with. Like I said earlier I always use to look on autotrader for the car I want....from now on I will ask TimHayward to find me the car I want!!!

Week after we bought the Smax we went to Europe for holiday...Uk, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Poland ....and back.. we done over 6000 miles since we bought it ,around 4 weeks ago and I love it.

Been looking for a 640 Sport with this high spec for a few months. I called the day Tim Hayward bought the car from Sytner BMW. After a few questions and answers with Tristan, I felt assured enough and decided to leave a deposit. It was explained that the car would go to BMW for a service and any advisory's addressed, if they were raised. The car would also have a new MOT. In addition a couple of the alloys were refurbed, it also had 2 new tyres. I arrived a little nervously 2 weeks later to be greeted by a friendly Tristan and an immaculate 640D Sport! After a short test drive and a look around the car, it was clear this was a gem! We did the paperwork, I transferred my hard earned money and I drove off East from Cardiff along the M4. Now I did notice on the motorway a slight vibration and later that evening It became apparent the forward view video camera was inoperative. After a short call the next day, with Tristan, he immediately authorised all 4 wheels to be rebalanced with a full geometry check. The video camera was later replaced at my local BMW dealership. Seamless remedial action, with thanks. In summary whilst I paid more or less the forecourt price, to me it represented fair value, given the low mileage, wonderful condition, recent service and £10K plus of optional extras.Tristan even offered to pay and organise a second key, which was missing. Haywards reputation has clearly been well earned and they look to ensure you're a satisfied customer. Reassuring, given the motor industry's 'perhaps' questionable reputation at times. I'll keep Tim Hayward in mind for future purchases and would most certainly recommend them on my experience to date.

Hello l just recently bought a BMW X3 from Tim Hayward cars and l must say that from start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with them. I had been looking for an high spec X3 for a few weeks and happened to stumble across this one. Tristan made everything easy and communicated throughout the purchase. Brilliant service, outstanding car what more can l say.

Dreadful after sales service. Bought an Audi Q5 and the bumper paint started peeling off in less than 6 months of me having the car. Spoke with Tristan and he asked me to send him an email with the pics which I did promptly. Sent them 3 emails in total and have been constantly chasing them since then, however, not even a single reply or courtesy from these people and it has been over a month of me chasing them. Absolutely pathetic after sales service. AVOID

Just purchased my new Mercedes Slk from the very helpful Tim Hayward cars. Viewed it one day, paid a deposit over the phone hours later, picked it up 2 days later. Fantastic service and communication

Bought my lovely 2016 Volvo V90 from Tim Hayward Car Sales.

Buying a car in this challenging time I was a little wary but Tristan and the team were very respectful of social distancing.

Tristan wasn’t pushy and just let me crack on and inspect the car myself.

The car was delivered to me and valeted to a very very high standard, Tristan provided me with a comprehensive walk around video of the car before viewing and ensured any imperfections were documented (not that there was many).

The car arrived to me bang on time and Peter was attentive and very friendly.

In summary - a top class team who know their stuff, I viewed over 6 V90’s and this was the most reasonably priced one.
