Hi readers, I recently bought a Volvo V50 R - Design 2012 from BQ cars. Firstly, I want to say how chuffed I am with it, also the same goes for how much I paid for it too. I couldn't find one cheaper anywhere in the UK with exactly the same spec as mine. The car is stunning! When I first enquired about the car, I spoke to a gentleman called Nigel, who in my humble opinion is a very friendly, polite and patient man who gave me the impression that he was going to look after me, and I was right, he did just that. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was pleasantly surprised at the service I got, which sealed the deal for me. On picking up the car, I met Craig the owner of BQ cars, and again I was a little bit star struck as to the service and attention to detail that I got off him too. In a nutshell, I met two great guys, I got myself a stunning car, and the whole experience was in all honesty, the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I will pass on their name to anyone that I come across who is looking for a quality motor with complete confidence that they will be as happy as I am. Thanks again Craig and Nigel, if I'm passing I'll pop in for a cuppa 😉

Craig and Nigel at BQ cars are true gents. After numerous discussions and sending me a video of the car of my dreams I decided to bite the bullet and drive 51 miles to go see them and the car, I spent a good few hours with them, and nothing was too much for them, they made me lovely coffees whilst I waited for my bank to stop messing about blocking my payment! I drove away with my new car feeling very happy, they were not pushy at all and explained everything clearly. Their after service has been top notch as well. I’ve already recommended them to anyone I speak to. Anyone looking for a new car needs to visit them, no need to look anywhere else. Thank you so much for looking after me, I will never buy from anyone else ever again.

I have just purchased a car from BQ Cars and am very impressed with the level of service I have received. My initial enquiry and follow up questions were responded to swiftly and professionally. Due to lockdown I was unable to view the car in person, so Craig sent me videos and photos of the exterior and interior so I could see everything in detail. Once I decided to proceed with the purchase, Craig arranged delivery for the very next day and kept me updated with his departure time and ETA (which was spot on). The car I purchased has low miles for it's age, was priced fairly and arrived in pristine condition inside and out with a full tank of fuel. I absolutely love the car and the entire process flowed smoothly from start to finish. Thank you BQ Cars!

Appalled by how we have been treated. Do not buy a car from this small dealer. Your response to this review is laughable. What on earth are you talking about? You are complete liars and should not be allowed to run a business, disgraceful! How did you even come up with a story like that? You're insane. I can only imagine you've got me mixed up with somebody else.

Thankyou Nigel for excellent customer service when purchasing my new car. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was in a perfect condition ready to go. It wasn’t due an mot until feb 2022 but he had it done before I picked it up and had any work sorted on it as well.
The whole process was very easy and Nigel really looked after us with a friendly and professional approach. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back when we are ready to change next time. Highly recommend Nigel for anyone wanting a new car. Thanks again!

If you need a used car, this is the place to go! Nigel and Craig could not be more helpful. I was given a very fair price in part exchange and couldn’t be more happy with my new car. When I need to change my car in the future , or just fancy a change, I will definitely be returning to BQ Cars. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Nigel and Craig were very helpful and kind and delivered my car when they said my Volvo is in beautiful condition as they described i am so happy. Thank you Nigel & Craig for lovely customer service. Bought my KIA Cee'd estate in June. Low mileage & good condition for the year. Came with 12 months MOT & they replaced both front brake discs even they were only advisory on the MOT inspection. Have had a traction control warning light coming on intermittently & they refunded the cost of the brake pedal switch that was causing the fault straight away. Thanks guys, Kerry / Obliteratrix is my son's gaming name on our Google account!! :-)
