Can't rate these guys highly enough. Ian went out of his way to let us see the car when they were closed as we had limited time in Wales. Really accomodating as to when we could pick the car up as we had to isolate. Excellent communication and never pressured or anything like a hard sell. Good price given for our much older car as well. Plus they sorted out a really reasonable deal for replacing the cam belt before we picked up the car.
Only had the car a few days but it's all been brilliant so far.
Highly recommended. Honest and decent business.

Really really pleased with the service I got from Lewis and Ian at The Car Link. They both went above and beyond with selling me a VW Tiguan, I felt very friendly and genuine people. I bought this car nearly a month ago. They started by holding the car for a week for me as I wasn't local so I was able to get to Newport to look at it. Let me take it out for a test drive, went through all the various buttons in the car thoroughly even as far as pairing my phone to the car!
