Just bought a Ford C Max from Baglan Car Centre. What fantastic service. From arriving to look around to making a final purchase was an absolute pleasure. Paul, the salesman, couldn't do enough to make my wife and l welcome, giving up to date details of the cars to taking us on test drives. He made us feel very important and genuinely cared about us getting the right vehicle. Having been in the service industry myself for 50 years Baglan Car Centre gave me the kind of treatment l would have given to my own customers.
Good look , continue to thrive and thank you......

Appalling service. Skoda purchased in June 2021, faulty stop/start on way home from the garage. They failed to allow our local Skoda dealer enough time to investigate. They insisted the car went to them which we allowed. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked "an independent expert" to report. He was anything but, claiming the car was dirty. Needless to say it stalled 3 times on way home and now passed to Trading Standards to resolve.

This Garage is shocking, if I could I wouldn’t give any star. I’ve dealt with few dealerships in the past and this was far the worst. Very argumentative and customer care and service is none existent.
Despite the fact i made the salesman’s aware I’m travelling 200miles to pick the car up and to make sure all checks needed to be done. After long journey I felt something was wrong, as steering wheel was vibrating as it turns out it was a simple repair as changing break disks. But it put me out without the car for few days and constant phone calls to the dealership to cover the cost. Luckily Sarah has some customer care skills and she was able to sort things out as I was so fed up with the old salesman attitude I was ready to send the car back! Again it’s old fashioned way running car dealership and as previous reviewers said they relay on warranty which doesn’t cover anything unless it’s a newer car. Anything above 6 years it’s not covered.
I ve asked simple question/request about service why it’s that update online they said they simply don’t do it. WHY? We live in era of internet and all is done that way. They are rude and unprofessional. Stay away from them!! Will not recommend.

I purchased a vehicle costing £7995 only to find out months later when I took it for a service they had taped over the airbag and engine management light which were both on. They denied knowledge of this and claimed I had done it myself. After having the vehicle a week I had to take it in as it was going into limp mode and it was plugged it to reader so they would of known about the faults. IT also had MOT before I collected which was a dodgy as you check the lights

We recently purchased a 2011 Kia from this Car Centre and we are very happy with the purchase. We found the staff to be very helpfull even arranging for us to be supplied with an owners manual which was not supplied by the previous keeper. I will be recommending Baglan Car Centre to any friends and family looking to change their vehicles and I will certainly be looking at the Centre should I be looking to change my car in the future

My son purchased a car there two months ago, explained what he wanted and was shown a Ford Fista with 20.000 on the clock and 59 plate. Excellent purchase and after care. Fully recommend.

After purchasing this over priced range rover I assumed the price would reflect on the condition of the vehicle obviously not the cars are not checked over before sale and they are relying on the warranty company to pick up the bill when selling the vehicle I have been a repeat customer to this car sales this was the 3rd vehicle and with in excess of £50.000 spent here. As soon as the vehicle was picked up the clutch and flywheel was defective the clutch pedal was hard and there was a vibration from the flywheel. 2 doors would not lock unlock stop start would not work also the vehicle was overdue a timing belt and water pump. I contacted the car sales which offered my partner (nhs nurse) a courtesy vehicle which the vehicle supplied was over 6 months out of Mot. Which ment no valid insurance the vehicle had bald tyres but the bald tyres where removed and refitted to replace brakes the day we where supplied the vehicle it had a major knocking noise from the front suspension, the vehicle was a death trap which we were expected to take our children to school, this is the quality of service and workmanship that is given from the workshop. After the initial £160000 I paid for this vehicle I later had to pay extra for the 2 door actuators a new battery cambelt and water pump and the clutch and a 2nd key which was not supplied with the vehicle. The warranty they offer does not cover all these parts which has cost me in excess of £1000. Be warned about this garage trading standards are investigating.
