The staff here very good nothing was an issue. Service 10/10 . Helped me choose a car was told it would arrive Monday came Friday. Communication was 10/10. Not sure what their after sales are like but am sure if my experience so far with them it’s going to be above and beyond..

I purchased a 2017 fiat panda for my daughter some 3 months ago. I purposely didn’t post a review at the time as I wanted to see how the car went. Anyway, called in on my own to see it. No hard sell and was shown around the vehicle. I liked it and said I’d call back in the evening with my daughter so they held the car for us. The wheel trims were a bit scuffed and without any issue they ordered a new set (just like the originals) which arrived within a few days. No issues with the car & a positive experience.

Fantastic choice of cars at very good prices. All the staff were friendly and professional and not pushy at all. Made the whole experience of buying my car a real pleasure.

Originally myself and my husband didn’t want the showroom sales experience so we bought a car online. Disappointingly the car was delivered faulty and had to be sent back. We then had to wait for our deposit back before purchasing a new car so we were in a hire car for over a month which was very frustrating. We decided to pop into Ron Skinner in Neyland and I was pleasantly surprised by the service we received from both Greg and Phil. We ordered a car in but when it arrived I found it too small. This was absolutely no trouble at all and we ordered another car. We were actually told not to rush our decision. We now have a car we love and the personal, non pushy experience from the sales team was so refreshing and reassuring.Will definitely return. Diolch ⭐️

Just today purchased a Automatic Kia Rio car with the Neyland branch two lovely men Phil and David and the other man that does the paperwork to finalise everything were absolutely amazing offered us the best hot chocolate and coffees and a free marshmallow biscuit of some sort , Very good deal with them and a good service , very helpful , They always want what’s best for you as a customer and treat customer’s well . I would just like to say a massive thank you for all your help and advice and just being polite and pleasant to sort my lovely amazing car that I Loooooove to bits . Neyland branch are friendly,helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Great customer service.
Would definitely recommend.
My husband had a car from here recently and a week later I had a car from here too.
Great coffee too which is always a plus.
