1st class service from the Team at Car Point Uk..
From my enquiry to the 1st call back from Richard I knew this was the right place to buy from.
Also met Darren when I attended their site.
very friendly and made the the whole car buying process simple and hassle free.
Highly recommended.

Brilliant service received from Richard and the lady at the front desk. Friendly, easygoing and professional. I didn't purchase the car I came to view in the end as my circumstances have changed, but I would strongly recommend their services. Thanks guys, keep it up.

Bought my car from Carpoint, this was my first time purchasing a car without physically viewing it, I bought it based on the description and images. Had it delivered all the way to Birmingham after full transaction. My car lived up to my expectations! Customer service was brilliant, answered all my enquiries patiently and politely, would definitely purchase from them again.

Avoid at all costs. Vehicle broke down after 7 days. Returned, repaired and then within couple of weeks broke down again on my way to work. AA confirmed cause and it was exact same fault.

I returned the van to carpoint or repair. Richard was furious because I’d told my finance company and they’d chosen to speak to him. Never understood why that caused him to get so angry but from then on he was acting like he was the one suffering when I was the one who’s brought a van in good faith to have it breakdown twice, with me self employed and losing money, time and huge stress.

This time Richard decided the best policy was to lie about the repair and claim it was the ecu was was giving false error codes. At this point I could smell a rat so I contacted the finance company for some advice. Richard did not like this and became agressive toward me. Richard refused to evedence the work completed and would not provide recipts.

Two days after reciving the van back the engine exploded on a busy roundabout. Richard tried to claim that I had damaged the van intentionally. This time I knew better than to believe a word he said so I had it taken to a third party mechanic to find out what the issue was.

Ultimately two separate independent garages looked at van and both found the repairs had been carried out incorrectly and that the blame lies directly with the dealership.

Thankfully my finance company has taken the van back and resolved the situation in a satisfactory manner. Richard at carpoint flat out refused to honer his legal commitments and take the van back, fingers crossed there will be some legal repercussions for him and he doesn't just get away with trying to rip me off.

Before you buy anything from this dodgy dealer please check the reviews. The bad ones tell the truth with a similar theme (Richard at Carpoint is rude and aggressive and really doesn’t like it when people call him out on his lies).

I eagerly await Richards childish response. If you look at any bad reviews you’ll see the same. They tell you everything you need to know. A reputable company cares about its customers. These guys want your money and get nasty if something goes wrong.

Bought a car from here sep 2022, dec 2022 it needed 3x new tyres I asked for tracking to be done once tyres had been fitted. But unfortunately this couldn’t be done as suspension arms, and other works needed doing making it impossible to do tracking, I took it to a garage who pulled the mot cert up on line, the car had failed it’s mot on 20th July 2022 !reasons were suspension arms and some other problems it then passed it’s mot on 26th July .apparently the work had been carried out within these dates according to carpoint and kurbside autos (we had a copy invoice from Richard stating that the works had been carried out ).unfortunately when looking harder at the invoice we could tell it was a fake and had been just printed from a computer. The mechanic pointed out the chalk lines that could still be seen on suspension arms . Which is standard practise when cars fail , he assured us that no works had been carried out on this car.and said this car should never have been sold it is illegal what carpoint and kurbside autos have done, obviously back handers had been done!!! I phoned Richard and sent him pictures I had taken on my phone , he didn’t argue with me and paid the £424.00 to actually have the works completed , he knew I wasn’t going to be fobbed off , it was a dirty trick that they as a car sales have done , I have informed trading standards and hope both places get closed down , my daughter and granddaughter used this car daily , I hope something like this is never done again to anybody , it gives all used car sales a bad name. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I have got all proof and wish I could upload the pictures I have to back up this review I also have other pictures of bad reviews of this company, but for some reason they don’t seem to be on public view, I assume they’ve been removed.

Excellent experience buying a car from the Carpoint team this week. No pressure sales and very knowledgeable. Had an issue with handbrake the day I picked the car up, called the showroom and was told "we need to get that sorted", repair arranged straight away.
Buy with confidence, will be checking there first when we change our other car next year!

Carpoint UK were fantastic, very helpful and didn’t apply the usual sales pressure you get at other dealerships,

They were very helpful and didn’t have a problem with me and my other half taking our time to look around multiple cars we were interested in.

My other half found the car she loved , Carpoint even paid a higher trade in rate than the average market rate which was more than honest and fair.

I could go on all day about all the great points but I would just recommend you take a trip down to Carpoint and see for yourself.

We will be back again for sure in the future!
