Today we received our new car. We can not recommend Llanelli motor company enough. They didn’t pressure us when we were looking and gave really good advice on what car would suit us and our family/work life. Wayne was so helpful in helping us choose and sort out the paperwork, he was always at the end of the phone if we ever had question and made sure the car was up to date from the garage before he passed it over to us. We will definitely be using Llanelli motor company in the future.

Wayne was brilliant throughout the process of us buying our car, he was really easy to talk to and did not push for a sale. From amusing our kids whenever we visited, to putting up with us deciding to change which car we wanted to buy on the day we were meant to pick up our new car. Nothing was too much hassle for him, and he always took the time to talk to us and did more than we asked. Wayne was so easy to talk to and we instantly felt at ease dealing with him. Highly recommend visiting the garage, they had so many cars to offer, the service was brilliant and all the team were genuinely lovely. We will definitely be visiting again.

Llanelli motors were recommended to us, as we needed to add another van to our fleet. Amazingly they sourced the exact specification, brand new vehicle within a couple of weeks.
We have also started to use them for all our vehicle maintenance

Just picked up our Golf from Wayne at Llanelli Motor Company. What an outstanding customer service experience. Communication was superb and everything we discussed was followed up and confirmed. If you are thinking about changing your car then definitely give Wayne a call.

Having seen a car online, I contacted Llanelli Motor Company and was put in touch with Wayne. Throughout the process, he went above and beyond to put me at ease, with no hard sell or pressure, and answering all my questions.

I part exchange my vehicle for a fair price without haggling! As I was traveling 3 and a half hours from Dorset, I didn't want to be messed around or a waste of my time, which it wasn't! Wayne stayed true to everything we discussed and agreed upon over the phone.

I drove away with an even better Mercedes CLA than the pictures and I had envisioned... he even made some personalised plates for me free of charge after hearing I had recently purchased a new registration through the DVLA. This was a really nice touch.
