I would not recommend this place, very rude to customers and cost way to much for delivery, went to another secondhand shop and got what I need and delivery a lot cheaper and got it same day, not like this place shelter where I had to wait 2 days for delivery. Will not be going near this shop again. I do not recommend this secondhand shop to anyone..

As far as charity shops go this one seems to specialise in furniture which is ideal if you want to replace something or furnish a new home inexpensively. Clothing is limited although they have new clothes on deals , when I called the new items were from m&s but I am not sure if that's the case all the time. Definitely worth calling in.

For a charity shop, they are really picky with donations, nothing is ever good for them, even though going to their shop you see several pieces of furniture with stains and scratches. Told me they don't waste time collecting coffee tables to sell them for £15. Made me wait the whole day for collection, never showed up and didn't even give any notice to me, I only found out they were not coming after I called. Never going back, lots of other better options.

Definitely one of the better charity shops in Preston. Always have a wide range of items, specially furniture. Plenty of new items as well as a good selection of used goods too. Some used items can be on the tatty side but you can see what you're buying.
