Well I've been going hear for a few years now ,can't fault them ,they have donated school books for lanfoist fawr primary school library, they've donated lots and lots of paper ,outside games ,e.g....small sports beanbags, large games educational items all from unfortunt skools who had close .
They helped my local school a lot .
They are lovely lady's who run the unit .I think they are the cheaptes furnite place for the low income family I've seen for a while ..
Take a look at at some recycled furnite places you will find a big duffrens in prices and blanevon even have large items for a simple donation of your choice .. Cantfault them ...

I had a lovely brown leather two seater, worth around 150-200 pounds.
A nice profit for a charity. Arranged pick up from my home, after all the info/address etc. was given, I was then informed that they charge 7 pounds to take my item.

So , I have to pay 7 pounds and then they also get 150 for the sofa.
So instead I put it on Facebook and got 150 in my pocket at a loss to them.

Sorry circulate, customers shouldn't be paying to donate. I also had three rugs that was going to throw in too, I then sold those for 50 pounds each instead.

For the sake of 7 pounds you lost 300 pounds , poor business sense.

Good quality donations instore for the most part but sadly they now charge for collecting furniture you are donating!
I decided to pop my sofa on FB marketplace instead and it sold pretty much instantly, without me having to pay £10 to have it sold for charity!
The people who work on the shop floor seem lovely and I visit frequently to buy bits and pieces but just wish they hadn't started charging to collect good quality items you wish to donate.

LOL, tried to get a working washing machine collected, but no , not at the moment , so this WORKING washing machine , 1 careful owner who I might add probably used it a total of 52 times will now end up on the scrap heap. WY to go Torfaen big thumbs up for the areas adherence to the concept of reuse recirculate, recycle. I'm impressed .

My husband and I visited this fantastic place and we can both honestly say we don't understand the negative reviews.

We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. New to the area they really helped us and made us feel welcome. We found Deb to be especially lovely, thank you.

We ended up buying a stunning oak table with ornate chairs, a beautiful sofa, 2 pictures, a new double matress, a small chest of drawers and a triple wardrobe unit. If I say the prices were AMAZING ....I really really mean it! We'll never be buying new again that's for sure!!!

It was all delivered extremely quickly and the delivery guys were fabulous. Very friendly and put all items where we wanted them - you can't ask for more!!

Don't read into too much on negative reviews, there will always be a moany moo. Go and have a look yourself, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. We'll be going back for sure!!!

We had quite a lot of furniture to get rid of, had thought about auction but decided it would be better going somewhere local. Opted for Circulategiven it covers Torfaen. The guys made 2 collections a few weeks apart as we were drawing the house down ready for a move overseas. They moved everything quickly and easily, taking care of both the furniture they were moving and walls & doors in the house. Second collection was white goods some beds, sofa TV etc and again all done very effectively. The guys were really polite & professional, and helpful. Equally when dropping things off at their centre, everyone has been friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to use Circulate either for getting rid of your possessions or if you support recycling/repurposing. I was really happy to see our things going on to other homes.

Arranged to have a sofa collected as I couldn’t be bothered with the faff and knew it was going to a good cause. Was advised it was going to be picked up in the morning (booked in advance and even called a day before and on the day) no call back and didn’t even show up. Which resulted in me being late for work.
