Van Master

Absolutely disgusted with how the company does business. After agreeing they wouldn't sell the van as I would buy the vehicle if everything was ok after an AA inspection, which would be done in 2-4days. I was then notified by AA the van was sold on the day they were to carry out the inspection. Van master then decided to text me after they advised AA. I will be passing on the charges I now have to pay AA. Decent quality curtain side van are hard to come by, hence the AA check and have been search for over a month thought this would be the end of it but clearly not.

Couldn't be more happy with my new van from van master. They were extremely helpful from start to finish and even fixed advisories on the MoT without me asking.
Would highly recommend them if in need of a new van! :)

As I can't give no stars it's a reluctant one. Light came on picking truck up spent next 3 months in and out of garage trying to diagnose and fix a couple of faults. 2000 miles, if that, down the line the engine blows up, injector and piston new engine required. Called and was told ''19k you paid a cheap price for 2016 tipper, it was ok for the 2000 miles you did drive it, £2500 + vat good price for reconditioned engine, it's been 1 year and 3 months I'm not doing anything'' Accused me of being confrontational, well was expecting an offer of help not necessarily monetary but sourcing a new engine. What a lousy company, not at all interested, typical salesman response, we should have read reviews for this outfit beforehand, avoid at all costs!!
