Basic but eco friendly, peaceful and good fishing.

Went for the weekend fishing must say it was absolutely shocking!!!!! Worse place I have every fished very unsatisfactory, spent £170 for 2 nights limited electricity and gas like living back in the stone age. I would encourage every who reads this post not to go fishing there! The ponds are over fished to the point where there is absolutely no activity in the fishing needs stocking more regularly

Boothman Fishery is a great place for fishing, I go quite a lot and have never failed to catch. It has a good range of fish, some nice carp, trench, perch, roach, sturgeon, even craw fish. £6.00 for the day ticket for two rods but keep an eye on your rods if you are using two, some big carp in 16lb plus just take your rod. They have a few small cabins that can be rented by the fishermen/women. Toilet is a problem though, portaloo and very dirty with no loo roll, however if you need the loo desperately then just down road is a carpark with some clean toilets but need to pay for parking.

Good fishing.. I have caught some decent Carp, Barbel, Tench and and Roach. Also, beautiful place to relax for the day.

Lovey place. There has just opened an axe throwing range within Boothman Park. Something different. Good fun too. Highly recommend. Barley Axe and Knife Throwers.

Beautiful place with a very good stock of fish. The owner frank is a lovely bloke really helpful. Well worth the £7 day ticket.

Great place if you love the outdoors. Lots of places to fish and Frank is always around to give advice or help out.
