Eco Car Care Winchester Ltd

Was there on the on the 27/07/18. I paid then £44 for a inside and out clean and polish. When i came back it looked really good but once i got the car home and out in the day light they missed alot of areas whem they applied the polish so i had to buff it out myself. Also they never touched the back seats has soon I put my kids in the back I noticed there was still sand and scuffed marks on the backs of the driver seat and the footwells. Never going back

Absolutely NO!!! never again! I used to use this car wash for years. I used to do a deep clean (including shampooing the seats) every summer, apart from last year. This year I had to do it earlier than usual because my child was sick in the back seat. When I arrived I was quoted £88. I found it weird because I used to pay £60 or £66 if I went for Back to Black. The guy was extremely pushy, did not give me time to think, before I knew it he was writing a receipt for £88. When I said that I do not need the car but the car seat washed, he abruptly said that if I really want he can drop the price to £72 as instead of Wash&Vac he can offer me Wash&Wax. When I asked about Back to Black, he BLUNTLY lied to me by saying that is for the INSIDE and I MUST have it done. I was so fed that that morning that I actually could not remember that Back to Black was for the bumpers.

God... I wish I recorded the whole conversation because it was a perfect act of scamming.

So he charged me for Wash&Wax+Back to Black (although the car has NOT been washed and the bumpers are as washed-out as they were) and for shampooing the seats+odour removal. Right... I did not require odour removal but yet again he insisted that it must be done together and there is no other option (I know my child was sick in the car but I cleaned it up immediately myself and the car was with them within 30 min from the incident).
So, in the end, I was asked to pay £70 (they dropped the price by £2, lucky me) for Wash&Wax+Black to Black+Shampooing+Odour Removal and yet they still did nothing to the exterior of the car. And the funny thing is when you go to book online and choose Wash&Wax it does not let you combine it with Shampooing +Odour Removal.

I had a very stressful morning and very unwell child to look after. I left my child under someone else's care while I dropped off the car at the car wash. I was in a rush and should have listened to my gut as the whole situation did not feel right. They clearly took advantage of me being all flustered and ripped me off.

The whole situation sunk in today and I feel absolutely horrible.
I do not think the car wash belongs to the same people as it used to and the new owner takes advantage of the reputation of previous owners.
Please avoid at all costs. They are SCAMMERS!!!

Has my car cleaned today, excellent job. Have been many times and have always had a good job done, would recommend to anyone.

I have been getting my car washed with Eco Car Care for a few years and they are absolutely brilliant! The quality of the wash is amazing and is very good value for their attention to detail. I would thoroughly recommend this service to everyone and I will never be using a different car wash company again 😀

Great , professional, quick service . Having children in the car , gets really dirty , the car was clean and hovered all inside , all while I went shopping in the centre. Definitely will go back .
