Had an absolutely horrible experience with this valet company. They are extremely unprofessional. At first when we wanted to drop our car to them, they made us wait an hour at the airport and when they did come, they refused to give any proof of receipt that they will have our car or took any pictures to confirm the state of the car that we are giving them, absolutely nothing! When asked for any assurance, that man lost it. We were getting late for our flight so we hoped for the best. However when we got back, we started calling them as soon as we landed but no one answered for half an hour and when they did they kept saying that they will bring our car back in half an hour but they got it back after 5 hours!!!!!!! I had to wait for 5 hours with my two young children. Extremely unprofessional and i would not even think about using them even if they did it for free.

Worst meet and greet parking we have ever experienced. Cheap certainly but when you add in the inefficiencies its well worth paying a bit extra. We were made to pay £15 extra for changing arrival time even though we phoned and informed them we would be arriving later due to family illness. Then made to wait 45 minutes at drop off zone until driver arrived. On return to Heathrow despite flight being on time we waited 2 Hours for the car to be dropped back to us despite being told it would be 25 minutes when we phoned after luggage retreive. Avoid them like the plague.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I cant advise people enough not to use them! The comments below are true and I wish I had done more research before booking! We called 30 minutes before we arrived at the airport hoping for a ‘meet and greet service’ and we sat and waited for well over an hour for someone to collect the car, nearly missing our flight! On return we called before our flight took off to make sure someone was there, and again waited an hour and a half calling every 20 minutes being told another 10 minutes. The guy who finally turned up to drop my car of was rude and aggressive, demanding another £15 which we told him he Wouldn’t get because they had kept us waiting for so long! He then walked off with my car key and told us we would have to find an alternative way to get home! The most rude and unhelpful company! DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Terrible service. Numerous attempts for ‘additional charges’ in cash, when my returning flight was delayed. When the car did arrive 1 hour later, the driver was very keen to get moving before I had time to check my car. I soon realised a number of scuffs on the back of my car which must have been done while I was away, hence the drivers urgency to leave.

Generally poorly managed and unprofessional. Don’t be fooled by the cheap price. You certainly get what you pay for...

Booked with Ezybook. An absolute shambles. Even if you call ahead as they ask if you are not dropping/picking up the car at the specified time they will charge you a fee. We came back longhaul from Mexico and our flight was early. We called when they said we should upon collecting bags and we're told it would be 45mins. We called back 45mins later and were told it would be another 20mins. We received a call 20mins later saying that unless we paid £15 we'd have to wait for another hour to get the car as that was the original booking time. I get that we were early, but we called ahead in plenty of time. Heaven knows what they would charge if your flight was delayed and you ended up having to pick a car up late. Very poor customer service. We would have preferred to pay the extra £15 on the first time of calling them rather than wait over an hour to be told that was our only reasonable option. All after flying from Mexico and then having to drive back to Manchester. Do not use this company.

When we arrived at Heathrow their location was wrong which lead to extra charges for the car park.

Then on arrival they say to call one of 3 numbers when getting through security, all of which went straight to voicemail multiple times so despite following their instructions we were unable to get hold of them. Then they told us we would have to wait at least 30 minutes without waiting to hear that we were already through security due to the delays in them answering their phones. If they want to improve their service, as a minimum, they need a phone management system that tells you where you are in the queue.

If you do one thing today, please do not ruin your holiday/trip by going with this firm for your parking needs!

On departure, we were waiting approx 2 hours for a pickup from terminal 4. Despite ringing them 2.5 prior. Various lies stating 'only 30 mins away' on numerous phone calls.

Arrival, exact same issue. Called in good time, told around a 45 minute wait due to traffic. Again, waiting 2 hours or so for a pick up. Not what you need after a 14 hour flight.

This firm are absolute cowboys with no understanding of the stresses involved with travel.. 0 stars

One of the most ridiculous service, 1st I was late I got charged £20 extra than they kept me waiting in airport for 1:45 min to come and pick my car, i nearly missed my flight, I came back after 5 days my flight was delayed for 2 hours I got charged from this company another £20 plus driver came about 50 min late, than the surprise was when I gave them the car was full tank I got it back empty from petrol, than another surprise I discovered flowing day that I had 2 pairs of sunglasses was missing bottle of perfume bag of coins mobile charger the box of tissues even they took that’s shows u how cheap they are like there prices.
So people don’t get excited about there cheap offers
U get what u pay for, now the matter with police and my lawyer, and working on campaign to close them down so they don’t fool another person
