Great service again , we have used blue circle at T5 4 times this year (Jan, March, May & June) for holidays. The price is very reasonable compared to others , have never had any issues with leaving or collecting the car or any damage at all (aside from maybe some dust from the rain as I assume it is parked outside) The process is very simple and unlike others , they give you an actual phone number that an actual human answers for any queries :-) . Even when flights are delayed, they monitor them so you car arrives on time they were so very good during covid with refunds for bookings made and then cancelled due to restriction. Seems Heathrow have a better reputation than other airports but faultless for me

Started off well, dropping car off as advertised. However, come pick- up time (3 weeks later), we had to wait 45 minutes for the car to appear. I suspect this delay was partially due to frantic efforts to wash off some strange staining on the bonnet, possibly rusty water drips from wherever it was parked. Then on the way home a warning illuminated regarding a "passenger protection fault". I had to take the car in to the Audi dealer, who found the wiring and sensor to be "chewed through by a rodent", requiring a new sensor and wiring -about £500 worth of work! Also the staining will require a mechanical buffer to put right.
Incidentally there were many others waiting similar times for pick -ups. No traffic problems as it was 08:00 on a Sunday (25th September)!

In summary, the wait completely negated the advantage over leaving the car at a hotel. Will never use them again.

Drop off was relatively painless at Heathrow T5. On return it took a little over 30 minutes and then my car was parked in a dimly lit part of the car park. OK, not to worry. I opened the door and my previously spotless car, hoovered and washed the day before drop off had mud on the door, on the sills and on the driver mats. OK. Concerning. I drive off and at the services I see my car in daylight. This was the rear door. This is sadly on me as the light was poor in the car park I missed it at the time.

After reading reviews and having already booked, we were a little apprehensive but for no reason. It was all excellent. Located in the short stay car park at terminal 5. It was easy to check in and check out. It took about 20 minutes to bring the car back which is why they say to ring them when you have collected your baggage. The car had only done 14 miles while they had it and it also had been washed and cleaned before it was returned.
Would definitely use again.

We used blue circle meet and greet. Picked up our car yesterday to find it covered in bird poo and driver side mat covered in mud!. Obviously parked in a field under a tree it's filthy so we've taken to be washed. Not ideal when you are jet lagged and with a 3.5 hour journey ahead of you!!!! We had a small purse containing £10 in change including a folded £5 note used for car parking locally. . The zipped purse
was hidden in a hideaway covered pocket between the front seats... Guess what the cash is all missing not impressed with the honesty of their team 👀😭 Also in the boot we'd left a bag containing insurance docs (an oversite by us) and spare wheel area had all been rummaged through and everything was all untidy. Some unscrupulous people working for this company😳 At this time I would not recommend using them. . Also took ages to get any answers from any of the numbers provided when we tried to call to pick up our car. Just waiting now to see if we get a car fine like other customers as in other reviews. Come on blue circle get your act together. We have emailed them so not hopeful of any response!

Absolute SCUM BAGS!! Do not use will report to Airport. Waited nearly an hour for my car then the guy ran in and passed me ticket to sign. Parked my car over other end of car park and told me we have 4 mins to exit car park or barrier wouldn’t work ( we are on level 4) he had parked forward just to hide the below pic on my gleaming RangeRover. Just off a 26 hr trip so was tired and foolishly didn’t check but was also rushing to make barrier. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

I also witnessed them trying to give a young lady SOMEONE ELSES CAR!!!

Like many other reviews, if I could have given it 0 stars I would have. We had no problems dropping off or collecting the car at T5 blue circle meet and greet but as soon we got back in the car we noticed that the car was not how we left it. We found a pile of crumbs in the cup holder (having had it cleaned before we dropped it off), 50 miles of fuel in the tank (having left it with 210 when we dropped it off) and found that three new phones had been connected to the cars Bluetooth system. We had also noticed that the passengers seat and been reclined back as if two people were in the vehicle. Very unhappy with the service as we don’t expect to leave our vehicle in the hands of a ‘reliable’ company to find it had been used by the company for who knows what! Would definitely recommend using another company rather than this one!

Having followed the instructions to drop off the car, we arrived at the barrier and had to wait for 5 minutes for a response before being told we had to use a different barrier as the instructions were incorrect (involved all the cars behind backing up to allow us out!) Drop off was relatively painless although we were "told off" for delivering a day late (our fault, we booked an airport stay and park combined and booked the car in from the day we arrived at Heathrow, not the day we flew out, still feel the reprimand was unfounded). We arrived a day late as our flight was cancelled. Tried to email on three separate occasions to let them know. Emails bounces back. Reprimanded again when we phoned to pick up car for being a day late, then once again told off for being a day late when I spoke to the man on the desk and to pay for the extra day. Asked for a receipt for the extra money paid. Was refused and told to write down my email address and they would email one over to me. Still waiting. In fairness the driver who delivered was helpful and pleasant.

Would never use Heathrow blue circle again. Rude and unhelpful.
