I left my car for 3 days in April 15, when i returned it had been used for other than parking and had accrued 529 used miles on the clock during this time. Be aware to photograph the slip they give you with the drop off mileage on as they want this returned to them on your return pick up, and to check your mileage upon return. The car also had dents and scratches not there upon drop off. I was fortunate to have noticed this before i left the airport car park. An absolute liberty taken with an elderly and disabled driver.
That aside, they were prompt in pick up and return and would have been a good service had the above not occurred.
i find it hard to award any stars at all but am unable to post if i do not to warn others. While a situation like this may not be a frequent occurrence, the fact it has happened to me means it could well happen again and may be Your car this time. Always wise to check.
When asked where their car parking facility was they gave me no address only that it was 5 miles away. Upon my return and mileage issue i was told it was 20 miles away!!! Trip advisor i believe also could not gain this information from first choice.

They where almost 40 minutes late for the vehicle collection. The car was handed over to them clean (washed it the day before) and scratch free. (I recommend taking pictures or video on your phone of your car before you hand it over).
when we returned we had to wait almost a hour (with a 14 month old baby I might add) for the vehicle. the vehicle was muddy and had a sustained damage. When queries with the driver I was told to contact the office.. I have submitted both the before and after video that I took and now almost 2 months later I am still waiting for them to repair my vehicle.
Worst service ever. Rather use another company.

I left my car with these people for one week but it wasn't the first time I have used them before so I was quiet complacent, on my return (4,30 am) my car has been in a collision the front end has been pushed in, my car is a high powered car it seems like the driver/s must of drove my car to its limits and lost control and bumped into something all the front of my car is damaged.
I am in shock on my return from a great holiday the driver who returned my car back to me he asked me to sign the paperwork quickly without going around my car with me to check for damages etc he then disappeared quickly , it was an early morning flight which caused the driver to get away I was half asleep from a long flight , I loaded my suitcases into the boot but before I drove off I thought let me have a look at my car I was not impressed I took a load pictures as proof.
I called their office straight away they must of been sleeping because they took a very long time to pick up the phone after ten attempts, the bloke who picked up the phone was half asleep himself all he could say is that there is nothing he could do for me now it would be best to call on Monday and speak to a Marie Edwards not even an apology .
Now I have spoken to customer service person Marie Edwards on the Monday and she was being rude to me as if I done the damage to my own expensive car, she said I have to wait at least 21 days or less for them to locate the pictures of my car to justify if the car was damage or not when i gave it to them its been over a week now and nothing.
Now my insurance company is on their case because I had to give my car in to be repaired it may cost over £2000 to repaired.
I won't be using these people again I would advise everybody to stay far from them if you love your car.
This all true not lies.

My car last year was given back to me by these idiots, and thats polite, they had caused £6312.00 worth of damage to my car. I have read all your other reviews and feel very sorry for you all, its taken me over a year to get my excess back and I'm pleased to say i have. I today received a letter saying that they have now gone bust!!!!! I hope they are suffering, sorry if anyone is trying to get their money from them, all i can say is go through your insurance. Keep an eye out for these idiots under a different name and research your parking, cheap is not always best.

BE WARNED. This company has not responded to my complaint and chooses to delete my approaches via social media.

I was left stranded in a car park at 1am with my 1 year old and given the complete run around by your staff, not only was the car over an hour late but it was filthy when we got inside. They had used their dirty hands to wiped the windscreen which now needs to be valeted to remove the marks. We live in Reading and it took us less time to get home then it did to have our car returned.

Completely defeats the objective of meet and great if we have to wait in a cold car park for such a long time. I request a full refund plus an extra amount to reimburse the valet.

12:15 - On the return home I rang the customer service (CS) once through the baggage collect as per the details on the return form. The person on the phone told me to head to the car park where my car would be there in no more than 20 minutes.
12:43 – as no car had arrived and we were still waiting I rang the CS again. He told me he would find out where my car was.
12:43 – call was hung up on 4 times before I got an answer.
12:44 - CS rang back and told me that the car had been blocked in and that it was now on its way and would be another 5 minutes.
In the meantime we were told by some other unhappy customers that they had been waiting a long time.
12:57 still no car. No answer
1:03 CS hung up
1:04 CS hung up
1:04 finally got through and was told my car was at the north terminal and would now be with us in 3 minutes. On the paper work we got when the guy arrived it clearly states south terminal.
1:13 no car. CS hung up
1:14 Called again – CS hung up
1:15 Called again CS hung up
1:15 – called again CS hung up
1:16 – finally spoke to CS and threatened to call the police if my car wasn’t return within 5 minutes.
1:21 car finally arrives. No apology from the driver.

DO NOT USE!!!!! Left our car for 9 days. Even though we called well in advance we were kept waiting upon arrival and again upon collection. The when the driver arrived he conveniently parked really far away from the pay station in the corner even though the car park was empty and conveniently left the ticket in the car. We said wait and we will check the car then sign paperwork. By the time we reached the car to get the ticket and check it we turned around and he had vanished!!! Now we know why. The car had been completely vandalised, EVERY panel keyed, front bumper damaged and filthy. We called back and insisted the driver return or we were going to call the police, he returned. Gave us a rubbish bit of card to sign agreeing the car was damaged, I made hi take photos and email them to me on the spot to show he agreed the damages. I've emailed pending a response and tried to call but just no answer. I've obtained a crime reference from West Sussex police whom have advised that if I'm unable to obtain insurance details from them that they will contact them to instruct they have to provide the insurance details as we need to claim. Horrible thing to come back to from holidays and disgusting that they treat other peoples property in such a way. Disgusting individuals and I won't be letting this one go. This will be going through the courts to be claimed if need be. I'd advised anyone else unable to claim do the same as it's a really simple process, I've used it before and succeeded. Shame on these people.

Awful

I went with 1st choice through Looking 4 Parking, as they came up with a great price. The usual method of contacting them half an hour before dropping of the vehicle was expected, however we called them for 45 minutes without response. We also called their pickup number, again without response. In the end we had to pay for a different car parking service as it was obvious we weren't going to be able to use what we had paid for.
Since coming back we've been trying to reclaim the money for the failed service. I've sent in call logs to Looking 4 Parking, who have communicated with 1st Choice who admitted they had failed us, and advised that they would refund my money. I've since sent on my bank details, however 3 and a half months later I still am yet to receive my refund. Yusuf at 1st Choice refuses to answer emails.

The annoying thing is that I've used so many meet and greet services over the years, and never had an issue. This one occasion of awful service combined with an ostrich response when requesting my refund has really put me off using a meet and greet again. As far as I'm concerned, 1st Choice are the last choice, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

DO NOT USE THEM – We had so much problem with 1st Choice Parking, we are old age pensioners, we left our E class Mercedes car with them in May this year for a week when we collected it was mid night and when driving home noticed the head lights were not right angle, so in the morning checked our car again then realised its dirty and been involved in an accident and they had the repairs done while the car was in their possession. When we contacted them they denied it completely and the following day we had a phone call from our insurance advising us that our car been involved in an accident, that confirmed it they even gave us 1st Choice’s driver’s name. After numerous phone calls and emails, 1st choice admitted it. We realised that repairs were not done professionally; whole of the front right hand side had been replaced. We have had an estimate from a garage to fix these issues which is approximately £2000 plus professional cleaning and two new tyres.
Now our car failed MOT due to a faulty head lamp and cost us nearly £500 to replace the lamp, their manager Yusuf refused to pay the costs, he is not replying to our emails. We would advise everyone not to use 1st Class Parking,
