Signature Parking Gatwick Ltd

As a regular business flyer I've previously used other airport parking companies, but I can safely say that Signature Parking Gatwick provided the most efficient and friendly service of all. The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more welcoming. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wishing to travel for business or leisure. I'm looking forward to using their first rate service again soon!

Used signature parking and received my car back with the faring under the engine torn off, broken windscreen water holder and faring in front of right wheel missing. It has been crashed against something while under their care. waiting for a response from the company. Do not use this company if you want your car back in 1 piece .

People are friendly. Exceptionally fast vehicle delivery to airport & the return trip was pretty fast too. I find it easy convenient & reasonable parking at signature parking gatwick.

Car returned with damaged wheel ,No response to emails, No sensible replies from staff when spoken to on phone only promises that office will contact in future , Never happens . My advise do not use .

Service was not to bad but they stolen my jacket from the car

Just like the other reviewer. We returned from holiday on 18th September to find the front bumper/faring of our SUV ripped off and damage to front wing. £900 to repair and no acknowledgment of responsibility or indeed any response from Signature.
NEVER EVER USE THESE ROGUES. AVOID. RUN LIKE THE DEVIL IS CHASING YOU.

Update: a year on and Signature Parking have consistently refused to deal with my claim, claiming they had talked to my insurers (they hadn't), saying they would call me back (they didn't) so I am out of pocket as I couldn't drive round indefinitely with the bumper hanging off.

Two years on Signature Parking got out of this one by saying it was a private individual who drove into my car while I was out of the country and unless I could provide name, address, registration number, etc there was nothing further to be done on their side. Never ever use anybody associated with them would be my advice.

Steer clear would be my recommendation.
