The process of booking your airport parking on their website is quite straight forward, apart from a few wording issues which could cause confusion, if you are a very careful reader.

Their charges are very reasonable for park & ride as well as meet & greet. You get cashback as well from sites like Quidco.

On the day of dropoff as well as picking up the car, their service has been excellent and quick, without much wait. Staff very friendly and they even gave us a call when our outbound flight was cancelled, to ask if we wanted the car back early.

Transfers to and from airport were quick and their vehicles were convenient.

Would definitely use them again.

I used Maple Manor Parking Services for one week in August 2017. Booking online straight forward. Dropping off car straight forward. Extending stay because I had to stay away for another week, no problem. Returning, I only had to wait 5 minutes for the shuttle. Staff polite and friendly. Happy with booking.

Would be zero. Do a pre inspection check of any damage when you drop off the car. But for meet and greet they give you less than 15 mins to get everything and everybody in the car before you get charged parking. So no time to do a check over. Funny that when you get home and find a dent in the boot they then claim that any damage noticed after you leave isn't their problem. Thanks very much. Brilliant service.

Just used this weekend. Have used many Park and Ride services at many airports for many years and were blown away by the professionalism, efficiency and staff friendliness. Impressed, would highy recommend and will certainly use again. Will now always be our first choice.

My car was returned with THIRTY miles traveled. It stunk of takeaway food when I collected it. One wheel was damaged and the arranged valet wasn't done. When I complained I was given all sorts of off the mark excuses. They could of eased the situation with a token gesture of goodwill.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I advise everyone to avoid MAPLE MANOR and whoever you do use, photograph your cars mileage and condition when you leave it, include the wheels and do the same again on collection. Get a staff member in the picture if you can.

Don't go early. We arrived at 5.00am 30th June 17 for a 7.30 flight. Only one man working. We had to wait in rain while he took people to southend as he asked us to leave the portacabin, and locked the office/waiting area. Kids were standing in drizzle! He had to book us in and then drive us there. Another lady had waiting so long she was minutes from missing her flight. She said "I'm starting to get stressed about catching my flight". He answered "we all stressed". Think he needs some customer service training. When van returned he'd obviously been smoking in it and it stank. Also how can it be secure when he drives off and leaves the cars with the gates open. Another point we sat in a traffic jam for 20 minutes to get off of the industrial estate it's located on. Manor Parking please do better.

They kept my car safe, and that's about it. When I picked the car up after just 7 days, it was utterly filthy all over. I had to help myself to find a hose and brush just to wipe the mass of debris off my windshield. On arrival the receptionist was a great guy, when arriving home we was met with a rude guy complaining because I never phoned them when I landed. I barely just made it to the meeting point then immediately got hassled by him.

Good professional service. A little out of the way, but efficient service and polite staff. Only takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the airport. My only minor criticism is that it would be preferable to have a clearly marked area to pick up the bus upon return rather than waiting around in the airport car park.
