Enterprise Flex-E-Rent - Commercial Vehicle & Van Hire East London

I think it’s bloody disgusting the amount Enterprise flex-e-rent charge you if you make a call by mobile then boo a vehicle in front r a service, especially or you have gone to their web site and the only number they give is a 0845 Number.

I have just been charged twice for the same call on my mobile to book a vehicle in for a service won’t be happening again, they should tell you that you’ll be charged these extortionate rate before you are connected. I’m sure they make enough money on their hire rate and service rates.

To be honest if I could rate their honest, I would give them minus 1000 as they don’t give you any other options no land line number come up, so it leave you no choice

Good customer service, happy friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to help. Workshop staff have amazing knowledge on vehicle issues and rectifying problems within a reasonable time frame. The wash bay is workers attention to detail is 2nd to none, just wish I could take my personal car there
