Had a Great experience, very friendly staff and excellent customer service! As soon as i walked into their office the manager (Mac) offered us a complimentary tea which is a great gesture and put me at ease right away. The manager also took me trough every part of my rental agreement. The entire team are very professional and attentative. Overall They are a great bunch of guys with a well maintained vehicle fleet and great prices too. l would have no hesitation to recommend to my friends and family!

I have rented cars and vans from this particular branch on a few occasions. Apart from having a well maintained fleet at very reasonable value, the customer service you get from these guys, is always unbelievable. I work in customer service for many years, and here was one of the best services I ever received.

All members of staff are always friendly, kind, helpful and most of all professional, In particular the manager Mac. I surely will be going back many times more and recommend to all.

Hired a Luton van today to move houses. At arrival, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Service was efficient. Van was great and enjoyed driving it. Received a big free box of chocolates which was very generous of them. Would definitely recommend whenever you need a van. Thanks to all the staff at practical!
