Customer service is not the greatest,however they do have a large range of new and used vans for sale.

Slow service. Personal matters take priority over bussines. Staff discussing personal issues in front of the customers. Waiting for an hour and than told it's going to be another hour until they get to run a check on the van. Free coffee doesn't make up for 2 hours wasted of my life......

Never seem to be able to get a fully working van. Always something not working or missing. Slow service, guys just standing around talking, going to the ice cream van. Went in to swap my van over, easy right? No, took 2 hours. Avoid.

It must be the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Do not expect to be there less than 1 hour even if you are only dropping off a vehicle. I have been there a number of times over a few years and I actually dread going. I only go due to my fleet account dictating. It is almost like a test of patience everytime, see how long you can be frustrated for. I think they should include a day there to test the success of anger management courses.

Terrible customer service make you wait about for ages for everything even just simply dropping a vehicle of and waiting for a loan van while they sit there eating and drinking tea. Sure they enjoy making you sit there waiting.. no organisation

Very good service and before given vehicle was explained everything from their employee Idrees.
Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Once again I'm put through the ordeal of having to drop off my van to be serviced. I already booked a courtesy van and called in the morning to ensure it would be ready, so i wouldn't be waiting around as usual. To my surprise I had to wait around again for 1 hour and 25 minutes just to drop off the van off to be serviced and MOT. I wonder how long it's going to take to collect? Rubbish as usual

Rubbish service every time I had to deal with them. I'm driving one of their vans for work and the air conditioning stopped working. They've said they'll call me to sort it out but I never got the call. Other time I went there to get the wiper blades changed. The guy replaced only the driver wiper telling me that the other one is not that important.
