Very slow service, we have to wait 5 hours for minor fixing. Instead of they give us a courtesy van they make us to wait for almost more than half day. We learned that next time not to use them or make them to come and fix it in our place.

Rude staff and they gave me a dirty van and tryed to blame me for it. It was covered in tobacco from the previous drive i dont smoke so wasnt best please. When i returned i said im not responsible for the tobacco thats how u gave it to me the went over trying to find issues with the van i had for 3 days. Dont trust them.

I waited 2 hours for him to tell me that the car remains in service and that someone will take me home

Not a great experience. The van was in for a simple oil change service.
I witnessed the van being driven in an aggressive manner through the car park after the service was carried out and also there was fresh oil all over the engine bay which I had to clean up.
Not impressed with the service at all.

Given a dodgy dirty van that broke down not long after taking it. Took two weeks to ‘fix’ nothing was sorted on it. First day i had it back engine warning light on. Rude receptionist, slow service and incompetent mechanic if he even touched the van when it went in for repairs. Avoid this company

Companies staff believe they have a right to attack and cause damage to vehicles parked up in the area over night. Despicable behaviour and actions carried out by staff and management.

Kept me waiting ages during work hours wasted a day then I had to change van over because the van had to go manufacturer and to top that lot off I get a van so Wack Bluetooth don’t work brakes are ropey at speed it just felt like a ringer that’s all I saying

Takes them so long to transfer a van. Pick up my old van from mot wait for them to off hire other then even though van is there waiting have to wait for them to drive it down in mean time I could of swapped my things over while they did there part took hour half just to swap a van.
