Went in the shop yesterday for the first time & what a fantastic service, very helpful & went back in today for liquid. Lovely people & very helpful will definitely be using this shop all the time. Thank u.

Excellent customer service, really nice helpful guy in there that helped me, good prices just as cheap as buying from 'amazon' I had a dud pre- made coil for my tank in the pack i got, i had no fuss, no ' you did this wrong' they just replaced it, such a nice experience they will be getting more of my business

Great independent shop...Henry is a top guy...very friendly and helpful, knows his stuff and of course you can try out flavours before you make your purchase. Great selection and range of everything vape related as well...What more do you need..?

Very helpful, spent over hour explaining everything I need to know about the Vape, and did not try to sell me a more expensive one. "That goes a long way for me,,
I recommend any one trying to give up smoking to pay him a visit.

Really helpful staff and quality products. I popped in for with a broken vape and the staff took there time to fix and clean all broken glass. Well worth a visit

Waited 15 minutes past time of opening which is 10am I sourced that information from web not door front window, no signs indicating any reason for delays, back in 5 / 10 ect ?
Its often closed, says a passer even his delivery guy In white van you can see this in reflection on picture gets out laughing stating his not open yet then.
It is a real shame because the guy is indeed friendly nice chap As you will read from most of Facebook pages reviews which I think you have to have an account with them to actually be able to post anything so could be potentially very biased point of perceptive lol
Anyway do we want a good service that’s accessible when it states it is causing no inconvenience to the customer or a friendly Nice chap who’s stores not open ?!

Never answers phone. Never open. I have an 8 day old device that has stopped working and they have an obligation to replace, but can I get in touch with them? Nope. Awful company.
