Evapo Ashford vape shop

I have been looking to quit smoking for over a year now but I just found that searching for e-cigarettes and vaping devices online was confusing and frustrating. I had popped into the County Square shopping centre a couple of weeks ago for an appointment and noticed the Evapo vape shop, unfortunately I just didn't have time to drop in.
Today I decided to go to the shop and make enquiries and I was very impressed with the excellent service I received.
I was asked questions about the amount and frequency of my smoking dependency as well as the type of cigarettes/brand that I am currently using.
There were many vapes in the shop but I wasn't presented with a mind boggling selection as the information I had provided the sales assistant was more than adequate for him to make an informed decision on what would be the ideal solution for my requirements.
I was probably only in the shop for about 20 minutes and everything was set up and running with clear and understandable instructions by the time I departed.
I was very impressed with the service and how little I had to spend to be able to make the transition from cigarettes to vaping.
Great service and not pressured into spending a lot of money, so if you are looking to kick the smoking habit I highly recommend Evape Ashford vape shop.

These people are great, I don't vape but they are very knowledgeable and help me with there cbd products and always have great advice and always willing to help,

A very poor customer service experience. I asked for an opinion on a specific product, both members of staff was very blunt and made my first time using this store very unpleasant. Such an uncomfortable experience and will not be recommending this store to anyone.

Today I purchased a full vape kit from Craig.Amazing customer service and very understanding of my needs. Explained everything every step of the way and set up my vape for me. I would fully recommend Craig and the team. Thank you.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff that are happy to help. Great prices too, always some bargains to be had.

Staff friendly willing to help and advice

Nice sized store and visited today as working in the area. Nice to see they got udderly juice which is like McDonald's milkshake in a vape form.. Was disappointed to discover however that despite the loads of different flavours available, they only have a small vape tank for the voopoo Drag S and don't do bigger tanks like all the other vape shops.. Well when your 130 miles from home any size vape tank gonna have to do when one has lost theirs somewhere..

Limited choice and not the best value in the town
