Really friendly guy in there today, explained how to use a device (fill it etc) and even helped me pick the mod (cheaper than the one I was going to get!) don't normally get customer service like this anymore! 10/10 - already recommended to family!

Bought 4 batteries. After being fully charged dropped to 64% after an hour from first use.. we phoned as we believe they are faulty and we're told it was our fault... its now 13.20 and I have 20% and have barely used it today. Would not recommend!

I have been charging my batteries the same way for the last 5 years and have never had an issue.
