Very friendly and knowledgeable staff also have good deals on E-liquids and a large selection to choose from. Big thanks to Ephrem for recommending me the Riot Squad nic salts E liquid. The best liquid I've ever had, and I've tried many :)

I went into the Wood Green store today with my friend who wanted to make a purchase and the customer service she was given by Jake was absolutely amazing. His approach, advice and general customer service stood out. Being a store manager myself i can honestly say that he presented World Class customer service which needs to be recognised.

Popped in a couple if times recently and have been served by Adam ..Great customer service, very friendly , knowledgeable and extremly helpful. Gone are the days of browsing the Internet and getting dodgy authentic bits n bobs! VPZ definetly my new go to place.

The staff used to be excellent and now it’s poor quality m, the new manager pretends to my friend that he didn’t know how to change a GeekVaoe E100 coil when the devices are sold in the shop. It’s part of basic knowledge especially when running a vape store. Highly un professional.

It was a pleasure to visit VPZ, The staff were friendly and welcoming, they were very knowledgeable about the products on display and would try to ensure that you are receiving the best value for what you purchase.

Ephrem was able to guide me through the various Vapes available and clearly demonstrated the installation process and how they worked. Similarly Ilyas had valuable information and helped me figure out what would suit my interests best.

I would definitely return in the future for refills or other parts from here.

Well, I used to go to around 3 or 4 different vape shops but my experience here around the customer service and knowledge not to mention the extensive range and loyalty points system has kept me coming back. The staff are so helpful and being vapours themselves, they share an honest experience and opinion. VPZ Wood Green are great, 5 stars all day long 👍🏼😎❤️

I have been at the shop many times before and everyone is really friendly and seem genuinely very knowledgeable. All regarding the vaping products.

Today, I made a first time purchase the apple blend from Pachamama. Also bough some coils for my device. Ephrem, the wonderful lady who served me at the counter. She was really lovely and she provided a first class service.

I’m very happy with the flavour I got.
This leaves a banging after taste flavour.
Plus the service at the shop was overall excellent :)
