Serves an awesome shisha. Like the layout very much. The staff especially Hussein were amazing and very attentive. Keep up the good work.

Time for a classic, I remember this lounge many years back although it was called Join The Buzz and had a Middle Eastern theme back then it is totally transformed to a modern shisha lounge today. We decided to sit in the VIP section where we were given a VIP menu and we ordered a VIP flavour at a VIP price. Shisha came out within 10 minutes in a not soo VIP KM ice hookah. I must say this disappointed me as at that price point I always get given a premium pipe, not a KM bandaged with tape but I guess it is what it is. Smoke was good got slightly harsh due to the amount of coals on top but staff rectified that quickly. Vibe was nice they were playing decent music and customer service was top notch. Lounge is pretty clean and spacious. Cash and cards accepted and parking is a bit hard as the residential roads are manned until 10pm. Worth a visit if in the area.

Great service, explained all very well. Great products. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend these guys.

The worse place that u can buy a shisha from ,bad customer service and low quality

Imagine I buy a 3500puff Vape there and in a matter of 3days it's not charging 😒😒 I'm working everyday and I been calling them to let them no what's up and the line kept being busy I went bsck there and explained to the man that it stopped working 3days after I bought it and Im just bringing it back cause I work in chingford... Man says there's nothing he can do about that... I bought it Sunday and was able to be in the store on Friday..... They keep selling old stuff to ppl

Staff are impatient and asking to hurry up as they have other things to do. I had to check the flavours they had individually as they did not have a menu card which explained their range.

Had only spent a few minutes checking out flavours and having to use my own phone to see what the flavour included e.g.Savacco Blue Smurf, Picasso these are just names but their was no description of the flavour.

The sales assistant was less than helpful and even after I was going through this process after a few minutes said "look are you buying anything I have other things to do in the back".

Won't be returning and would rather give my business elsewhere to a place which understands the value of a customer.

Was about to spend £120 on three different flavours, but after that comment, I simply don't believe they deserve my custom.

Plenty more shisha shops with a bigger range and friendly staff around.

Would avoid like COVID
