Best customer service! huge variety of liquids and vape kits. Worth a visit.

The manager is rude and gives bad advice to those new to vaping. They have some decent juices there but they have, mostly, poor tanks to try them on. A little expensive too and overall a mediocre vape shop as a result. Good to know it's there if you need a quick restock but overall, Meh. Hence two stars.

They have now moved across the road and have changed the manager. It is still a bit pricey but service and range is great now. Much improved. Four stars now.

No discount on 4 elfbar 600 disposable vapes. Full price of 5.99 each and no receipt issued. When I drove my lorry back to Tottenham and opened a flavour it didn't work. I couldn't get a puff out of it. Opened the next on and again, no flavour and no pull like it was blocked or dried up or something. Long story short all of the four elfbar vapes they sold me were fake. My local shop showed me the difference and I was already 4 miles away with no receipt so had to chalk it up as a complete loss as I was not heading back in that direction for any reason. Staff were not friendly ever as I recall. Don't risk it.

SCAM ARTIST! Avoid this place at all costs. looked at buying some coils online from their website but went in to the store as they were close. The manager tried to charge me double the price! All his products are between £10-£20 more expensive then most vape stores. Use sites like UK ECIG store and vape club instead guaranteed genuine and reasonable prices.

I like the juice in the place for my vape (the Delta ) but I can say that their products are a bit pricey .Customer service not always the best only basic .For the prices they are charging they should provide a better customer experience overall .

The most E X P E N S I V E liquid are found here but the same liquid couple of doors away on the opposite side of the road are half the price. My advise to you is better avoid this place, greed for £ !!!

Bought a vape kit for £70 plus filters etc about 4 months ago. It now doesn’t charge so took back to the shop today but was advised that because it looks as though the charging point is bent it’s not covered under the ‘lifetime’ warranty. How something can break in such a short time is beyond me and it must’ve been faulty. Apparently it’s no different to a phone but I’ve never had this issue with a phone or anything else that needs to be charged!

I was then advised that I’d need to buy a battery charger and charge it separately every time, which they would sell me for £7.99!

Not happy that something that cost £70 is now broken and won’t be giving another penny to this shop (their liquid seems a lot more expensive than most other places anyway) and certainly won’t be buying the battery charger from them!
