The website needs to replicate the products in the shop. Very little choice of mods tanks & kits on the website, the shop however has a lot more to offer. The vape-hut man is a dimond very happy and helpful bravo. The layout of the shop is very clean and tidy going back tomorrow for juice as mr happy gave me a sample to try before I buy. Top one nife get sorted 😁

Brilliant shop. They want you to get the setup that is right for you. Phil the manager is a lovely guy. Always genuine coils which can't be taken for granted in other places. I always recommend because they are knowledgeable and trustworthy

I have always experienced the highest customer service from this shop. The manager listens to customer requirements and offers the best advice. I have been a customer here for several years and have bought several vapes and liquids and the customer advice and service is second the none. The manager will always endeavour to resolve any problems to the customer's satisfaction. I highly recommend this shop.

Although I have vaped before I decided to give another go in an effort to stop smoking. I explained my requirements and asked for suggestions as to what would suit me best. Extremely helpful even after I added another requirement. The item I bought was a Drag X which included 2 bottles of liquid and a spare coil. £42 with a spare battery. Completely satisfied.
