Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. They always answer my questions with full honesty and help in any way they can. Good selection of juice and equipment and I am really happy to be a regular here now. The dog is a bonus too, very cute! :)

All 3 members of staff are wonderful when it comes to helping customers, really knowledgeable and you can generally just go in for a chat. Tarik the dog is a major plus as well. Lovely shop to visit whether you're new to vaping or if you're already vaping!

This shop is in a bit of an odd place but it's well stocked and a good variety of products. The proprietors have good knowledge of products and parts for different pens/ mods etc.

So in the back sometimes is a huge cute doggo who is a very sweet v good boy. He gets a review of 6/5. V good boi.

Had the best customer experience I’ve ever had from Loop E Juice, my vape broke at around 9pm on Saturday and I message these guys to find out if they sold any vape devices.

They got back to me and gave me a wide variety of options and said when do I need it for?

I said my vape was not working now but I could wait until Monday but he insisted he would leave his house right away and go to the shop in their own spare time to come and deliver me a new one, showing that they want to provide the best service but also look out for their customer during these difficult times.

You now have a customer for life, thank you for the great work, would 1000% recommend.

Too many flavours to pick from you can almost try any flavour before you commit to buy the flavour you love, not many places do this.

Excellent store. I'm updating this review as I've been a customer for a while now. The selection on offer is huge and if there is anything you want they will find it. The staff are super friendly and will offer sound advice. Look forward to my next visit.
