The staff are incredible!! They have so much specialist knowledge around their products, health concerns and helping people stop smoking. They have all the time in the world to have a chat with you and make you feel so welcome, giving you that personal shopping experience. I hands down recommend Ryan and his team to EVERYONE!! The shop has a wide range of products to suit everyone's needs, including the latest products. The staff provide a tailored experience, make your voice feel heard and provide you with everything that you need. Any faulty products or problems with juices, they are quick to resolve and you always leave feeling your needs have been met. Ample parking around surrounding streets and easy access to the shop. The shop is also extremely clean which gives it an added bonus. Its not like other vape stores where you open the front door and walk into a cloud of smoke and can barely see in front of you! 100% recommend to all!!

24 hours ago I went into Right Vape with no knowledge of vaping, just a desire to stop smoking. I didn't have a clue what I should be looking for or whether it would be suitable for me. I was greeted warmly and the young lady who served me led me through my options explaining everything and answered all my questions. The service and products are first class. Have been vaping now for just under 3 months. Getting on well even though I never thought it was for me. Went to the hair salon last week and my hairdresser asked me what I’m doing different with my hair as it’s in much better condition. I couldn’t think of anything but she asked me if I’d stopped smoking and yep that’s the answer. It’s made a huge difference. Thanks to the team at Right vape for supporting me, answering all my questions and checking my vape and putting me right (Right vape ha!) when I kept thinking it was broken. 😂
