Really nice staff always helpful and smiling. Can try before you buy which i like. You can have a coffee while you vape there but staff being all male I personally didn't injoy being female

Great customer experience. I had so many questions and all were answered. My purchase was based on my needs and not on a profit margin basis. Then I was supported with set up. Thoroughly recommend.

Complete and utter jobsworths!! My daughter has been coming here with me for the last 8 months and all of a sudden they now require i.d!! Shes been in and used their vapes to try liquids etc before buying them and all of a sudden they wont serve us, then i say i would like to purchase my liquids and get told i cant be served incase im buying them for her!! Steer clear and drive the extra 6 miles to the bungay vape shop they have a better selection of liquids, better range of flavours and amazing friendly knowledgable staff and the shop doesnt smell of damp unlike total ecig!! 1 star is too generous if i could leave a minus even that would be too kind for what i experienced in there today!!

I have a problem with the vape shop in Beccles (total ecig.
The product they are selling as Reform liquid contains a completely different flavour now.
I have been using this product for a year or so.
Basically they have banned me from the shop because I said a swear word after they denied a conversation we had about the product ever happened.
It rubbed me up the wrong way which is why I used the f word.
I have contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed that it is a manufacturing mistake.

We have since rectified this and recalled the stock that was manufactured incorrectly, its was only a small amount and it was just unfortunate that you purchased the product out of that batch. We have sent you out replacement stock as a gesture of goodwill, we are fully aware of the situation so there is no need for you to send anything back to us as we have rectified the problem. Warrant is now Warrand and Reform is Reform. I am unsure what more you would like me to do?
