Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, always happy and knowledgeable in response to questions. Delivery and service while their shop was closed was fantastic, quick and easy, but glad the shop is open - with plenty of safety measures in place. Highly recommend for all of your vape needs ☺️

Went into the store to find out if they had coils for the aegis geek vape, I showed a member of staff my pen explained I was hoping they had a 0.4 ohm mesh coil as I’ve heard the flavour is nicer, I even stated that you pop the coil in. After paying 12 pounds for 3 coils, which is equal to what I usually pay for 5, but didn’t mind as I was desperate for a new coil, I get home, open the box and can clearly see it’s the incorrect coil - as they were twice the size of my fitting. This was Something I was unaware of in the shop as I was not shown the contents of the box the coils came in. But was assured by the member of staff it would fit.
I have now wasted money on coils I can’t use and will not be visiting this store again. I’d recommend going to a shop that has better knowledge surrounding vapes so you don’t waste money and time.

I visited for a new vape pen and some liquid and got some great advice from the chap behind the counter (didn't catch your name). I wasn't recommend the most expensive brand just the one that works best (which is not how it usually goes!). I will definitely be back. The guy that left a one star review needs to realise he isn't the centre of the universe.

Says open on website, lights were on, so parked the van a fair distance away, as Brecon is terrible for parking, walked back to the shop and door locked, waited a while still no one bothered to see who was trying the door. Won’t go again. If they close for dinner (which is quite 90’s in this day of age), it would have been good to see it shown on they website.

A nice little vape shop with a great selection at affordable prices. Guy behind the till was great and talked me through the options. Best experience in a vape shop in a while!
