Very helpful and friendly staff. My treatment was carried out quickly and efficiently, with full and careful explanations about procedures, and the follow-up was excellent, too. This means I can now resume a normal life without pain or discomfort. I would greatly recommend Bristol Veincentre.

Very poor…agreed a price, paid a deposit (non refundable) then the next day was called to say the price was over £200 more due to an error their end. Not prepared to honour the price even though I had paid the deposit and agreed everything. They said they were prepared to return the deposit - how kind! Would not recommend as prices aren’t guaranteed by a deposit

I was hesitant and investigated 2 other options of being treatment before opting for the vein centre (in Bristol).
I was concerned about how much would be done by laser or the foam sclerotherapy option.
The main work was done by laser, with foam only used in the follow up session to make sure I got the work I wanted covered.
I am happy with the 1) quality of care 2) the fact there is a follow up 3) the fees. Even given payment for the initial
Consultation and follow up, the fees are better than the two other options I investigated and paid for.

Such fantastic results from Dr Mark Bratby and Natasha. From the initial consultation where they both put to rest any fears about the procedure, to the actual day itself. It was completely painless and quick and both Dr Bratby and Natasha were so kind and caring. The results are incredible and I cannot believe I waited so long before having the prodedure. I highly recommend Bristol Veincentre. I had a vein that was causing a lot of throbbing in my leg. The consultation was thorough and informative. On the day of the procedure, all the staff made me feel at ease and were happy to take the time to answer any remaining questions.
The procedure itself was not painful, just slightly uncomfortable at times.
The results have been amazing, my leg no longer throbs and the veins have disappeared. I could not be happier with the results.
