Now very expensive and some of the reception staff are over confident and give incorrect advice. Good vets however.

Fantastic caring staff and vets, it was a very sad time, I had to have my best friend put to sleep, they went above and beyond, 18 months on I'm just getting another dog, and these will be my vets.

Took my toy poodle here for some dental work. Very nice staff and they gave my boy cuddles. Price and work discussed prior to treatment. No hidden costs. Thank you 💛

I recommend this vets very highly. So helpful and very compassionate. I know a number of people who use the vets. I've never heard anything but praise.

Hetty is always the vet we see, she is amazing, always happy to see Mylo, it's been a struggle for over a year with him but nothing is too much trouble. Hetty takes time with him, listens to me and my concerns and takes my views into consideration. Thankyou. Sometimes just being heard is the most important part.

Roxane and staff are very caring and professional, they have been a great help to me in my time of need. I would like to thank them all for the care and kindness they gave Luna in her final days. Its been a very difficult time for me as she was a very special cat who came into our lives 14 years ago when our daughter was going through some emotional trauma.
Thank you also for the sympathy card, it was very touching.

The care and attention I have received from Roxana has been second to none. Nothing is too much trouble, my dogs love her and she makes the experience the best it can be for them. I cannot recommend her highly enough, 10/10
