Friendly, helpful staff and a real small vet atmosphere. My two kittens have been innoculated, chipped, wormed and neutured, the vets were well practised in keeping examinations short and non intrusive. I'd thoroughly recommend them.

No empathy, Vet was awful, attended to put our 24 year old Cat to sleep. Previously there haven't been any issues but this vet was unbelievable.

If you have guinea pigs avoid! They have no idea about exotic pets, but still give advice and treat on 'best guess.' An elective surgery of neutering ended in a very painful death for my guinea pig 2 months later. AVOID!

Highly recommend Jennifer and her team, they are professional, caring and understanding. They looked after my dog for 16 years and I have always had complete confidence in them.

Do not question this man's professionalism (David White). He might seem like a nice genial Welshman, but he can turn nasty at the drop of a hat. And all this because we said we were not happy that he took 27 hours to report back to us on our dog's x-ray results.
He operated on our dog in November 2020, an ACL lateral suture technique repair. He told us to exercise her rigorously after she'd had her stiches out. This seemed contrary to general advice, but when questioned he said it was fine for the operation he did. She became lame again 3 weeks ago. We had an appointment for an x-ray on a Wednesday morning, picking her up early Wednesday afternoon. We were told he would phone us later in the afternoon with his opinion, he didn't, then we were told he'd phone in the evening, he didn't, then next day we were told he'd ring by lunchtime, he didn't. Finally, at 4 the call came and after we said we weren't very happy with the wait, he went off on one, telling us to calm down and he wouldn’t tell us about the x-rays until we had, and we had to ring up half an hour later. We were NOT hysterical, or rude, just pointing out our displeasure having to wait so long during a very anxious time. After an unwarranted apology from us, we got the results.
Basically, our dogs leg is pretty wrecked, and we have immediately changed to a new vets practice. I suppose if you want someone who views himself as an untouchable God, he’s your man.
