Very handy emergency night time service. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of onsite parking. Initial consultation price is more than a normal vet bill but if you have an emergency outside usual hours then you'd expect to pay more for the opportunity to have your pet seen.
Great peace of mind knowing they're available.

Been very helpful when taking my dog to get allergy problems sorted. Previous vet kept throwing the most expensive stuff they had and wasn't sorting the issue.

Within 1 consult correct treatment administered and with 2 days I had my dog back to her normal self again. Great vets practice and everybody I have spoken to have been immensely helpful.

Can't fault at all.

having used Barton veterinary hospital for over 15 years now, and I have always felt safe when taking my pets to them when in need of care, they have a great knowledgeable team, who are friendly helpful and caring.

On a personal note the awful lighting in waiting area gave me a headache way too bright awful...also having been coming here over many years unfortunately the place smelt bad this time of public toilets it was not v nice so sort it it was v unpleasant sat there in that smell... check on cat was ok but no check on her ears or claws only on things that I've discussed before like why is her tooth crooked and her tail bent this has been talked about many times she was abused I was getting fed up.. also my cat had runs and three days of not being right after jab which was unusual... parking is a nitemare whatever day u come nothing has improved... reception staff very pleasant as always though.

Really helpful staff/team. Our pet (a Yorkie) is registered with the Barton Veterinary Hospital, and on visiting them last week on matters concerning an Animal Travel Certificate they were so helpful and provided all I needed to know.
Strongly commend for professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness of staff!

Totally professional staff in both clinical and administrative sections.
A leading example of what a veterinary practice should be.
Clinical guidance given in easy to understand sections.
Very understanding and key skills of listening to the owner of the patient.
Very responsive in query resolution.

I took my greyhound here for a pet blood bank clinic. Staff were very nice but the waiting room space was a bit limited.
