Fit us in even though they were busy.

We’ve been going to Goddard Brixton for years with our cats. The staff are always very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. They seem to be good value too. They even have a 20 minute free parking bay right outside to make things nice and easy.

This is my local vet and we were very well treated the first time we went there. I received a message saying that my cat is due a flea treatment and I took him there to be administered because I had a bad experience the first time doing it at home. I was received by a lady that told me that I have to book it 24 to 48 hours in advance. I asked why wasn’t that information sent on the message and she replied ‘That’s what you have to do’ not giving me an explanation or booking the treatment once I was there. A waste of time. Not happy at all.
