Medivet Battersea

My two kittens went for their Spay & Neuter in the Battersea clinic, the staff and the vet were wonderful, lots of care and everything was explained.
The clinic is state of the art and spotless clean, I would recommend MediVet Battersea to anyone.

Could not recommend this vet clinic enough. Our dog had her spay here and the vet team was lovely and caring. She recovered very quickly! We also recently moved to Canada and the clinic helped us through the process and we arrived with no issues.

Appalling service.
Booked a visit for my cat a few months ago.
Arrived 4 minutes late for my appointment.
They let me and my kitten in and said “please sit”.
Staff at the entrance seemed very busy on their phones.

My kitten was in distress and crying; they made us wait for 20 minutes (!!) in a (quite unclean) waiting area until someone came out to say “sorry we can’t see u as u were 5 mins late”.

Basically they had to think about it for 20 minutes.

My friend, who is also a vet and worked fir this company, told me to absolutely avoid the Battersea branch and now I get why.

I am writing from a different email address for privacy reasons but as the visit was booked by someone else and their email, it wouldn’t matter anyway.

We have a very fussy and nervous male cat Lily-boy and he only allows their main vet Miha to touch him. Lily-boy has been looked after by him for 10 years. I am sure our cat feels Miha’s gentleness and kind heart. We are very happy with their service over all and can recommend them to anyone, particularly owners of nervous pets.

This practice and its people are the best I have ever experienced. Kind, caring, professional and attentive. If you see your pet as your closest family, this is the place to go.

I have been taking my dog Charlie to Battersea Medivet for 8 years now - initially recommended by a good friend. Miha is an exceptional vet, and a beautiful person, so caring and always giving 100% every visit. This level of care and professionalism reflect on the culture of the whole team who are always nice, accommodating & super helpful.
It is such a great comfort to be able to rely on your vet and trust that they will look after your furry friend with love and much care. My experience over the years has always been a high standard of care, professionalism and understanding. I haven’t had a single “bad” experience, not once.
Any time I’ve called in to ask for advice or anything at all, the team were prompt to advise, help or even get back to me the same day with the right information.
There have been times I have non - intentionally missed an appointment, and was treated with nothing but kindness. No matter how busy the team are, I have never felt rushed, and any time I needed an emergency appointment, they would find the time for Charlie to be seen. Prompt and efficient at communicating, and always transparent with their fees, making sure you are well informed before any treatment takes place.

I honestly don’t know what more a person could ask for, I feel so lucky and extremely grateful!

The team there is exceptional. Starting with the super friendly and helpful receptionist - who make every visit as stress free as possible - to the vet nurses who not only take care of my dog but me as well, making sure I understand all discharge papers and medications my dog needs. Our vets (Miha and Emma) are simply amazing. You really feel that they care for your pet. They never rush through appointments and make sure to answer every question. Absolutely incredible is that they also go the extra mile to consult with surgeons and physiotherapist - and keep me informed on those conversations - to make sure my dog gets the best care possible. I’m so happy to have found this amazing practice.

From my heart, Medivet Battersea and Camberwell have both been super amazing to us and our cats.
We are now going to the one in Battersea and they are SOOOO welcoming and nice. It sincerely feels like home, and the staff like family. This is how they treat clients. I was amazed at how attentive and polite they all are. They even called to ask about our kitten now after it was really sick. I cannot thank the team enough for how they made us feel and the support they provided when we desperately needed it. Our cats were well looking after for sure. Its not only about them doing their work, they are actually caring and passionate about what they do. Always greeting clients with a smile when you walk in. They are a fantastic team. Keep it up guys. Im recommending all my friends and clients to you.
