Very friendly staff. Small practice so very welcomed. Vet was nice and treated my kitten with care . The place is easy to find very closer to station. If you have difficulty in parking ....the practice offers FREE CAR PARKING just opposite road! Just needs to give vehicle registration plate number to receptionist at the vets when you get there. So general amazing!

Nice and clean place with friendly staff. You need to register first in order to get an appointment. A little bit pricey I will say but well , I guess you do everything necessary for your little one. Ena’s been offered a few treats too. Check them out if you need a vet in SW17

Caring, understanding and concise. They helped me hugely when I had to face my darling old cat dying.

A big thank you to the wonderful (Polish?) Vet and the whole team that helped Dora and I this morning.
Thanks for seeing us with such short notice (you called me back before opening hours!), for the reassurance but mainly for being so good at your job, she is now feeling good again, you guys have been amazing 🙏

So as a first time pet owner of a beautiful hamster I adopted from pets at home. I took my Poppy to this vets as it was close by, she was 6 months old. She had a lump in her abdomen and was lively but I wanted her checked. (price did not matter, I would happily pay) The vet was very cold in his interactions with both her and me and actually squeezed the lump very hard stating pus was coming out. Then asked for a fee to end her life. I said no and took her home She died within 2 hours of getting her home surrounded by myself and children who loved her to bits. Traumatised. I have learnt from this!! and with my current cats have a much better practice to look after them (with insurance). I would honestly say do not take your furbabies here. I will point out that the receptionist was lovely. It was the Vet himself that was a nogo. He may be gone now based off other reviews but for me, I would never give my babies health to this practice again.
