Companion Care Vets, Brentford

All I can say is Phoebe (a saint dealing with all the eye problems), Maggie (Lolly’s favourite treat giver), Sophie, Daisy, Roxanne, Leanne and Dina thank you for being so amazing when Lolly visits you are the reason we still travel all the way. As well as Nikki who always deals with panicked calls and fits us in! Helen for lots of love and treats at reception and of course Eliza who has sadly left. You ladies are fab and really make a stressful experience so much easier!

I’m really impressed with the customer service at companion care Brentford. I was running late for the pre-op appointment and the receptionist got me booked in for another slot. I had to drop my kitten off before work for her surgery, they called me after the surgery to let me know it went well. On picking my cat up one of the vets explained everything about the procedure and aftercare, she answered all of the questions I had, I really wish I had got her name because she was brilliant.

The only downside was the price which is a little steep compared to quotes I got elsewhere. However, the level of customer service you get for the price is unmatched!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. No empathy, was spoken to VERY poorly and recieved minimal help. My puppy was dying while the receptionist were having a laugh. But they managed to charge around £60 for a bandage which is always nice. One of the biggest regrets of my life is coming here. If you have any other option, PLEASE stay away.

Super wonderful and welcoming! At first I was nervous of coming as I didn't know what to expect. However, when I was greeted by smiles in the vets4pets my mood and thoughts automatically change for the better

Very caring and informative staff members, from the ladies at the reception to the vet. Everything done with kindness, care and compassion, very fast response time to emails. Don't let the shabby signage outside fool you, this place and the people are gems .

Reception staff very friendly. Vet explained everything really well. I stayed with my pet the whole time. She only forgot to clip his nails for me, but maybe next time.
