Anderson's Veterinary Surgery

I visited twice with my little bunny - the receptionist are very friendly and the clinic looks clean. Vets are great and provide a lot of helpful information for me as a new pet owner. Booking surgery in July for my bunny and will provide my feedback later

Worst vets!!!! MONEY GRABERS!!!! If you reallly care for you pet and its health and wellbeing go else where!!! my dog has had a skin issue for months I constantly ringing the surgery trying to get appointments being lied to saying they only give appointments out on the day, I ring up on the day as soon as they open to be told they are fully booked disgusted with the vet surgery. Even when I've got an appointment my dog leaves no better than when they went in, they are incompetent don't know what they are doing. Don't waste your time and money unless your happy for your pet to suffer due to lack of knowledge and care!

Absolutely AWFUL vets, all they care about is the money, been with their pet plan and they’ve been not providing the medication for my dog that they should of been for a very long time, they never have appointments for urgent treatments or routine care, months long waiting list, computer system isn’t kept upto date and they don’t care about your pets at all!!! they’re rude and dismissive. They lost all my dogs records over the covid period, when I wasn’t allowed to go in with my dog (was left waiting outside in all weathers) they said they vaccinated my dog at the time, yet now they have no record of vaccinating my dog. I’ve had enough, I’m moving my dog to pets at home and PDSA as they care about animals!!! Unlike Anderson’s vets that only care about the pay cheque!!!!! Please be warned if you love your pets don’t take them here!!!! I’d give them zero stars if I could!

Very kind, knowledgeable vets. Very pleased to find a vet with expertise in small animals (specifically rats). Little bit of parking at the front is useful.

Bupa for dogs! Unfortunately after many years of custom Anderson don't have any time for my Monty because he's not on a plan! We'll go elsewhere...

Everyone here is so good, they've done such an amazing job keeping my dog healthy well into his teens. A special shout out goes to Katie, a first class vet who works extremely hard. Thank you all.

We moved away from the commercial vets at pets at home and the difference is like night and day! Anderson’s are professional and caring and you won’t find a better vets and not over priced. Highly recommend to anyone searching for a truly caring service.
