Just a fabulous practice. Helpful. Informative. Incredibly sensitive when tough decisions need to be made. Can’t recommend highly enough. Would give 6 stars if I could!

A very welcoming, calm reception. I was seen promptly and the vet was incredibly helpful and kind.
My dog needed his travel certificate and this was done very efficiently.

I am very disappointed with my visit to the vet clinic today.We had an appointment for our 9 week old puppy's vaccine and health check. First, we waited 30 minutes after the reserved time(walked with delay).
I am very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude, the disdain with which he treated us, and how he was in a hurry to send us away.
She refused to clean our puppy's ears because she had to receive other customers and if I wanted them to be cleaned I would have waited outside for the other dogs to pass.I have been waiting for this review and have paid a lot of money.
Given that he hadn't finished the examination yet.Our puppy has an ear infection and will now be treated with antibiotic drops.She told me to clean his ears before we put the medicine.This is the duty of the doctor, that's why I took my dog ​​there, to be examined and treated, and not for me to try to treat him myself.This is disrespectful, I felt ostracized and neglected.We have been clients of this clinic for over five years and I have never been treated so horribly and neglected.
The fault for the delay is not mine but theirs and we did not deserve this treatment.
I am very very disappointed with Dr. Samantha Davies behavior.I asked to have my puppy's ears cleaned professionally, because it is the first time and I wanted him to have it done by a specialist, but alas, the doctor neglected not only us but his duties..

Excellent staff! Everyone was kind, thorough, and it was an overall easy visit. The vet explained everything to me in detail and I didn’t feel rushed. I feel my pet is getting the best care. Highly recommend!

We have a people reactive dog and this vets is fantastic with him. They know exactly how to approach him and ensure he stays as calm as possible. The vet is great at explaining all the options and taking the time we need to answer any questions we have - would definitely recommend

First time as a dog owner and first time visiting a vet. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the receptionist and the vet Emma was lovely. Luca was calm and happy on his first visit. Would highly recommend thank you to the staff.

Best Vet I’ve been to, 3 other Vets did not pick up on my little puppy’s teeth issue nor did they have the knowledge of the lady I met here. Very polite staff even after I had to change my appointment time 3 times couldn’t recommend them more. For sure will be sticking with this Vet moving forward. Thanks to the team
