Loved our experience as a new doggy-patient Virginia Water Vets!!! Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, kind, warm & welcoming! Listened to all our concerns, being new to this country, post-COVID life, etc. No pressure, super easy & stress-free!! Our doggy LOVED them too!!! As a first time owner with a very nervous rescue dog, I can't fault them. They are friendly, they listen, and they reassure you and your pet with kindness and by explaining all your options. Their pet care plan is an added bonus.

Our kitten was poorly and they took him in to be seen at half an hour's notice at the end of the day, and stayed late to see to him and get him his medication. Fabulous service.

Really excellent! Extremely helpful and very sympathetic with our elderly pet. Would recommend. In fact I have recommended them to several friends over the years. Small practice means we get a very personalised service.
