Ashton Veterinary Surgery (Highcroft Veterinary Group)

I’ve only just registered with this practice but so far they have struck me as being incredibly fairly priced, very understanding, transparent and fair. They’ve also been lovely with my cat, Wilson.
Very happy so far.

Not to be trusted!
My pet was given the wrong vaccination, even though it was made very clear exactly what he was supposed to have and the receptionist even put my pets name on the correct vaccine. I stated to the vet exactly which vaccine my pet was to have in the appointment qnd she still give the wrong vaccine!
They are now denying any record that I even asked for it, even though I have evidence that I did.
They just want to brush this under the carpet and get rid of me to save their backs!
Extremely insensitive & unkind responses from clinical director Robert Parry-Hall, can tell he's not learnt any customer service skills yet!

Went to have dogs nails clipped very good no bother at all very nice staff

I never used them as a vet because the day after I sighed up for their services my cat died. But I did take my cat there after he died and they were very caring. I even got a card posted to me.

Friendly surgery with staff who make the experience fun and stress free for your pet.

They care so much about our elderly cat and her health. We are given all the options and they often suggest the cheapest as the way to go. They are care driven and not profit driven.
These guys are awesome

Excellent level of care and the staff are very knowledgeable. Was really great to know they have so much experience with exotic pets. We received a recommendation for them from Bristol Zoo and couldn't be happier with the service we've recieved
