Appalling experience I had with the Vets4Pets practice in Charlton

I took my cat to the vet to check his ear infection and instead of them treating him for his infection they give me medication to treat his ear wax, which he did not need it.

The consultantion last no more than 5 minutes.. I did not get the feeling that they have your pets best interests at heart and their main goal is to get your money.

My cat was very poorly for a very long time, I had to spend money again to bring to a different practice where it was treated properly.

I do not recommend this practice.

We’ve been so impressed with these vets. I have always been able to get a same day appointment for my cat, and every member of staff we’ve spoken to has been so lovely. We’ve seen three vets here and all have been great. They also take the time to speak to you to explain what’s going on with your animal. We’ve had our cat in the day care twice too and the nurses seem sweet and caring. Thank you for all your help!

This place is a joke! If you book an appointment get ready to wait at least 40min because they are always late, but don’t be 5 min late or they will cancel your appt. The vets put zero effort to assess the pet and everything is an excuse to book another appt (which you have to pay for it again). I was booked with a specialist, no one told me that he wasn’t available and I had to pay for a consultation where nothing was done, basically I paid to hear that I need a referral letter. Usually they don’t spend more than 10min with the pet and they are not prepared to explain what’s going on. I do not recommend them.

It was organised and though there was a queue I was seen quite on time, not too long to wait. The vet was also very knowledgeable so good to hear from their expertise about Milo.

Staff always helpful. This time I just came to pick up flea and worming treatments but a few months ago one of my Dogs was attached so we turned up with no appointment and they did everything they could To help us.
She is now fully Recovered and her wounds have healed well.

No information shared about what my dog is actually going through. Told to come back the next morning as machine was broken. Called the next morning telling me it would be another week. No advice on how to make my dog comfortable. Had to ask 3-4 times for my dog to even be looked at in certain areas. As my dog only being 10 weeks old it really upset me and made me lose faith in your company going forward

I wasn’t waiting long, the vet was really good with my pup. And the price was really good as I took out a complete care plan. Very impressed with the service.
