Adams Vets

Lovely friendly staff. My nervous dog Sally, has a lifetime condition and has to visit regularly, the staff are always welcoming and helpful. The vet is lovely with Sally, we always end up all sitting on the floor as Sally won’t budge from the door 🙈 but the checks get done, the vaccines get given and sally is always offered a treat. I would definitely recommend this practice.
There is parking too and it’s easily accessible by train or bus.

The staff here have always been incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. Never had an issue getting appointments for our dog, even during lockdown. Questions are answered professionally, with sincerity, the care they show to your pet when you visit is wonderful to witness. Thanks to each and every one of you!

The care, compassion and gentle treatment given to my elderly cat has been wonderful. The investigations were thoroughly carried out and treatment options carefully explained.

Then there was a full breakdown of cost given at the end. All the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. The atmosphere is clean, bright and calm.

Adams Vets. Simply the best. All staff are amazing. Open and honest. They take the time to explain thing to you and make sure you are happy with the information they give.
Most of all they know your pet and treat them with love and respect.
In all the years I have been with Adams I have only ever had one issue with a staff member but she has now left.
The staff at Adams Vets are part of our family and I can't praise them enough. Love to you all. X

Great vet. Very efficient practice from the minute you walk through the door. The receptionists are welcoming and professional. The vets are caring and competent. The whole place is spotless and there is hand gel available too. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic vets, cannot fault them. Have been with them for 3 years. All staff take care of your pet, and give excellent advice, nothing is ever too much trouble. They are always there in an emergency too.

This is a awesome vets I took my Staffordshire bull terrier there and was an easy and well priced veterinary I would recommend them to everyone staff are all excellent not like other vets I've been too in Liverpool

Absolutely shocking service by the Aintree branch it actually should just close its doors.
Advertising that’s it open 6 days a week you run your working week around collecting your dog’s medication because the advertise. 6 days a week, i then turn up at Aintree Saturday morning to be told it’s closed it only open 2 days a week.
So now my dog has no medication until Tuesday.
If you love your pet my advice do not bring it here these are an under staffed team,with no resources whatsoever to ensure a good service for the welfare of you pet.
Absolutely total discussed for the way this practice has been get run over the past 6 months.
Honestly guys you really do need to sort this because there are no excuses for this service.
Oh and by the way we have been with you guys for i would say about 7 years and previous years a good service but past few years seriously down hill I’m afraid.
