Vets4Pets - Hatfield

Got a new kitten who was poorly from first collection, vets at home Hatfield got me an appointment fast and really helped calm my worries as well as made kitten much better quickly with their advise and medication given. We now have a healthy happy boy! First set of vaccinations given, receptionist lovely abf explained the pet plans for me which we signed up to, all so friendly and caring. Nothing seems too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and made me a first time owner of a pet feel at ease. They also made my puppy at ease and she enjoyed her visit

The vet is really friendly and efficient hank was not at all nervous. He discussed his food with me also he offered the treatment for kennel cough which he had noted hank did not have before so he had read his notes. I really trust him. Also a few months ago the groomer cut hanks paw pad. The vet sewed it up so perfectly he is totally recovered.

Very nice vet and staff. Appointments available when required and efficient but friendly service.

The vet knows my six pets even though we don't go there more then once every 3 months. The reception staff know what I need before I vocalise it. When my pet passed away, we received a signed condolences card from all of the staff. They treated us as family.

I had to take my pet rat to be put to sleep this evening. The vet was lovely, so thoughtful and caring. The receptionist lady was also so kind. Definitely recommend this vet, thank you so much x

When Loki dislocated his shoulder, I called and they asked me to bring him immediately. We were quickly seen by the vet who was kind and supportive as well as calm! We carried him back with pain relief and shoulder in place and guidance of how to help his recovery. He is almost back to his old self now thank you millions

Received letter offering 20% off dental procedures , naming my dog and the Hatfield branch. Phoned same day to book an appointment for treatment. To be told we are not excepting these vouchers , and to try another branch. Why send me this if I can't redeem voucher. Not very good customer service or professionalism.
