Scarsdale Vets - Oakwood

My dog Alfred had diarrhoea in his poop and I rang them up although he's not registered there because I've just moved back , they saw him within half an hour and they've given special food antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory and it was very reasonably priced they were very kind very understanding about how important my dog is to me, I can't say enough good things about this veterinary practice

We can't leave a no vote so... "Your Dog's eye has improved. That's £150 please". Obviously not a very good vets anymore.

Professional and caring. Have been using Scarsdale vets for almost 25 years. Completely trust their advice and treatment, if required.

No appointments on the day I called but receptionist helped me to get an appointment at Pride Park for my dog who needed an emergency trip to the vets

My wife has just come back in tears because of the way they she was treated.

Visited the previous week and a UV light and scope was used to check our Dogs scratched eye. Was very happy with the service.

This week was a very different story indeed! The following is not in reference to the receptionist who was professional, polite and very helpful

Going back to the vet and practice manager - I've never seen my wife come home so upset and angry.

Asking my wife - 'Where did the UV light come from?' - Why is this for the customer to answer?

This week you don't have a UV light. Even saying at one point "we don't have all today'" to look at my dog.

Didn't want to use a scope to check the eye fully.

My wife felt ganged up on by the practice manager and vet. Both didn't have the time to help in the correct and professional manner.

Even negative body language of arms crossed.

Yes, I'm getting this information 2nd hand - But if you saw and heard the emotional state my wife just came home in, you would take your Pets elsewhere without a shadow of a doubt!!!!

Took our Boy for his Kennel cough vaccine. friendly staff & good service.
