My dog was taken ill suddenly. I'm deaf and don't do phones so went straight there. Seen immediately and the dog had one of the most complete exams I've ever seen. She's doing fine now. I can't really find anything to complain at. Vet care is expensive, you want the best for your animal and your money. I felt I got both.

Animal House Vets is a must for pet owners. From the very first call to the warm welcome at reception . The atmosphere is calm clean with your appointment right on time. The vet Martin vet nurse Lorraine were so very kind especially putting my dog at ease. My dog who would normally be anxious was super chilled as they took their time to get to know him and reassure him. They explained everything in layman's terms so I left with a huge smile on my face and a skip in my step as the relief was instant. This vet practise is second to none. I have always adopted rescue animals and this practise full feeds their needs and mine

We’ve taken numerous pets here over the years and I’ve found it to be a friendly atmosphere with knowledgable and caring staff that very much love animals! If you’re local and need a vet for your pet then look no further.

The staff were wonderful and kind when I had an emergency with my dog on Saturday who had cut her foot. We were welcomed and the lovely lady vet Karen was so sweet and gentle with Queenie all turned out well. Thank you for seeing us so promptly

The majority of staff are warm and friendly and clearly love the animals. The downside is the constant upselling. Their prices are very high as they are, but their pressuring to get you to buy the most basic things from their massively overpriced items is quite frankly disgusting. I once had to refuse several times to buy some simple disinfectant, which was 8x as much as the exact same product on amazon. I'm sure they do a good business on trusting and emotional people.

As a stranger to a new town, i was met with friendly and helpful receptionists. My consultation was on time. The Vetinarian was friendly and professional, explaining everything as he went. I found this helpful and refreshing. Costs were also advised before any procedure took place. There was water for my furry animal, and the place was warm. My pet didn't want to leave. I've been back and have met with the same good quality standard.

Fabulous experience as always. Great knowledge and sharing of information between vet and client. Pet totally at ease and even fell asleep on the examination table. Highly recommend.
